He was communicative and responsive to my needs , questions, and issues. The only thing that bothered me when I left was I had asked if the car had been detailed before purchase and said that it would be. The day of the purchase I asked if the car had been taken care of by the guy who filled out my paperwork and my warranty information, and I was assured that they do it with every car that being bought. Once I got home and I looked at the car I realize the interior had not been dusted had not been cleaned and there were still marks on it on the side and all I did was take a little bit of Windex and realize that nothing had been cleaned and I have to clean it myself which I have to admit I was a little bit disappointed. More
