Great service...by tim Being handicapped and having to drive so far to a dealership was difficult. But Tim did an amazing job of making sure my needs were taken care of even in the midst of him being back to back with customers. He was communicative and responsive to my needs , questions, and issues. The only thing that bothered me when I left was I had asked if the car had been detailed before purchase and said that it would be. The day of the purchase I asked if the car had been taken care of by the guy who filled out my paperwork and my warranty information, and I was assured that they do it with every car that being bought. Once I got home and I looked at the car I realize the interior had not been dusted had not been cleaned and there were still marks on it on the side and all I did was take a little bit of Windex and realize that nothing had been cleaned and I have to clean it myself which I have to admit I was a little bit disappointed. More
