Hyundai Review - Miller I originally brought my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe in after significant wearing of the tires and found out that the sub frame was rusted completely through I originally brought my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe in after significant wearing of the tires and found out that the sub frame was rusted completely through. I then found out that there were recalls for this vehicle. I originally worked with Guy Slaymaker in services to get the original estimate and assistance with communicating with corporate during negotiations of buying out my car. From the time I started working with Guy he was nothing but pleasant and always willing to go out of his way to find answers to all of my questions. I even stopped in the Service Office (to switch the loaner car off the lot that had been sold) at one point when he was working and he remembered exactly who I was as soon as I said my name and was genuinely interested in how everything was working out with corporate. Even before I came to a price agreement with the corporate center on buying out my old car I began working with Mike Skrzat in sales. Mike was also more than helpful assisting both myself and my parents throughout the entire leasing process. He frequently would check in while we were still in negotiations and was always very timely with all of the paperwork. I know that I had a lot of questions that I'm sure are common car sense but he was always patient and took the time to explain what everything meant. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decision regarding my lease. Overall I had a very pleasant experience with both of these gentlemen. Honestly, the most difficult and frustrating part was dealing with corporate. More

dealings with the service department I recently took my 2013 Santa Fe for routine maintenance. I have no complaints about making the appointment, getting the work done, or the quality of I recently took my 2013 Santa Fe for routine maintenance. I have no complaints about making the appointment, getting the work done, or the quality of the work and the people at the service desk. However, when I went to pick up my car, it was pulled into a space so far that it actually was up against the car in front of it. (a NEW car on the lot!) When I backed out, the bumper of the car in front of me actually popped out back into place! My husband and I went into the showroom (it was after service hours) and told the receptionist - she took my husband's phone which had a photo on it to the "back" and showed "a manager." She came back out and told us that he said if there was any damage to our car to just bring it back and they would take care of it. I think (#1) the manager should have come out from the "back" to talk to us in person and (#2) hopefully, the person who parked my car would be told to be more careful with customers cars and with the new cars on the lot. Honestly, I got the distinct impression that they really didn't give a hoot. Good mechanical service, poor customer service. A GOOD manager would have come out to speak with us and would have walked out to look at my car. Will think twice before I go there again..... More
