Sales 101 was missing in my purchase I do not recommend this dealership at all and should have purchased at another. It took me months to figure out that the reason my Blue-link, Bluetoo I do not recommend this dealership at all and should have purchased at another. It took me months to figure out that the reason my Blue-link, Bluetooth, etc. wasn't working was because my salesperson never transferred it from the previous owner (who had the car for less than a month or two) to myself (the new owner). Basic sales procedure that should have not been missed. As a result I lost months of the Blue-link and Blue tooth service. Talked to Mr. P. J. Smith (general manager), after catching him in my office. No one returned my two calls regarding this after I asked to speak with the owner or top manager. Finally reached Mr. Smith who agreed that this was a big miss and wanted to know if there was anything he could do to make up for it. I suggested he pay and make up for these services in the future. Never heard back from him again and it has been at least three months since. Not a "nice" place to do business. Take it somewhere else. More
