I had never purchased a new car from a dealer before and I had prepared myself to be pushed hard to go for extra features, a model I didn't want, etc. but that was not the case. John listened to what I wanted and provided me with exactly that. I cannot recall her name, but the lady in the finance department was also wonderful. I set an appointment to test drive a sonata online as early as possible so that i could make it to work at 330 later that day. As soon as i arrived everything was ready for me. Charles and the rest of the team at conecelli hyundai helped me feel very comfortable about the car buying experience. I ended up leasing an elantra i saw on the show room floor instead of the sonata i originally planned on and couldn't be any happier. I was able to get the car i wanted with quick and easy service.
