I spent my Friday finalizing a $25,600 deal for a 2023 Certified Pre-Owned Tucson SEL with Salesperson Tristan Maines. After driving 40 miles from Mt. Laurel, NJ, to their Conshohocken location, the experience turned into a total nightmare. First, they tried to hide interior damage. When I pointed out scratches on the center panel, they gave me the runaround: "we’ll fix it," then "we’ll paint it," then "we can't do it today." Their "generous" solution for the damaged interior? A measly $20 discount. The real lack of ethics started once they took my insurance and down payment info. After making us wait over an hour, they came back with a predatory 21% APR. While we were processing that shock, Tristan and the General Sales Manager, Bradley Faulkner, used high-pressure "scare tactics," claiming another buyer was waiting. The moment we agreed to the terms, they pulled the rug out. Bradley Faulkner informed us the car was "sold" to someone else right under our noses. Then came the bait-and-switch: they spent the next hour aggressively forcing us toward a new $39,000 car that was $14k over our budget, trying to exploit our large down payment. To make matters worse, we spent from 11:30 AM to 4:45 PM trapped at the dealership. They didn't even offer us food; we had to order our own lunch while they played games with our time. I spent almost $350 on Uber to get from Mount Laurel to the dealer and back. After everything was agreed upon, I left empty-handed, out hundreds of dollars in travel costs, and having wasted an entire day. These people have zero human decency and zero ethics. They don't care about agreements; they only care about hunting for the biggest commission. They wasted my time, my gas, and my trust. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealership that actually respects its customers. More

After walking away from another dealership that tried every trick in the book, I was skeptical going in. But from the moment I connected with Bernard Jones, the experience was different. No pressure, no games, just straightforward answers to my questions. He listened to what I actually needed (a hybrid with a smooth ride for a cross-country move and two kittens prone to car sickness, yes, really) and matched me with the right vehicle without trying to upsell me into something I didn't need. Then there's Brad Faulkner, the General Sales Manager. This man sets the tone for how a dealership should operate. When I requested to review all lease documents at home before signing, something that makes most F&I departments nervous, Brad didn't flinch. He sent everything over, gave me time to review with my attorney, and when I came back with questions, he addressed them directly. No runaround, no "let me check with my manager" theater. Even when a major snowstorm shut down the region and delayed everything, Brad kept me updated and got my approval through with no stipulations the moment operations resumed. That's professionalism. The deal was exactly as quoted. No surprise fees. No last-minute add-ons. No pressure to buy products I'd already declined. Just a clean transaction with people who respected my time and my process. If you're in the Philadelphia area and want to work with a dealership that treats you like an adult, go to Conicelli. Ask for Bernard Jones, and know that Brad's leadership is the reason this place operates the way it does. More

Five-Star Review – Conicelli Hyundai Service Department Went Above and Beyond I recently brought my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring to Conicelli Hyundai in Conshohocken for a steering column issue — a clun Went Above and Beyond I recently brought my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring to Conicelli Hyundai in Conshohocken for a steering column issue — a clunking noise caused by a worn steering coupling bushing, a known problem on older Hyundai models. My independent shop had identified the issue, and I contacted Conicelli to see if there was any warranty or goodwill help available. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a long-time customer, even though I’d only used Conicelli once before. Racheal, my service representative, greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel at ease. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and took ownership of my situation. Working alongside Caroline, the warranty administrator, and Pat, the service manager, they went to bat for me with Hyundai to review my case. Thanks to their efforts and professionalism, Hyundai agreed to cover the repair in full — something I honestly didn’t expect. The entire team handled everything quickly, communicated throughout, and treated me with genuine respect. I want to sincerely thank Racheal, Caroline, and Pat for going above and beyond to help a customer they hardly knew. Their honesty, knowledge, and compassion left a lasting impression. From now on, Conicelli Hyundai will absolutely be my go-to dealership for all service needs. — Rich D’Amico More
Easy to work with. Provided a competitive price that beat other dealerships. Worked with me when then was a hiccup in the deal. Provided a competitive price that beat other dealerships. Worked with me when then was a hiccup in the deal. More

Working at the dealership was one of the most demoralizing experiences I’ve ever had. The environment was toxic from the top down. Managers regularly belittled employees, speaking to us with zero demoralizing experiences I’ve ever had. The environment was toxic from the top down. Managers regularly belittled employees, speaking to us with zero respect and often in front of others just to assert dominance. It felt less like a workplace and more like a place where your self-worth was chipped away day by day. To make matters worse, the pay was never consistent. Week after week, we were left guessing when—or if—we’d be paid on time. There was always some excuse, always a delay, and never any accountability. It’s hard enough dealing with verbal abuse daily, but doing it while struggling to get paid what you’ve already earned? That’s beyond frustrating—it’s degrading. This wasn’t just a bad job; it was a lesson in how not to treat people. If you’re looking to get into car sales stay away!!!! More
