I have been dealing with the Conicelli's for over 15 years through many manufacturers , I have never been treated with anything but respect by anyone in this organisation. I have refered many people to years through many manufacturers , I have never been treated with anything but respect by anyone in this organisation. I have refered many people to this dealer and have never had anything but praises. Jack Kohanim is an excellant manager who will see to your every detail. you can trust he will see to it that your salesman will handle every detail promised and if anything ever slips through the crack, Jack will make it right!! In the service department Frank Boyle is an extremely friendly and understanding manager, I have seen things come through "less than perfect" but lets face it, even technitions are human, the true test is how a company handles it when something goes wrong... Believe me things are handled correctly if this happens, if not Frank gets involved, and if you are still not satisfied, one of the Conicelli's will get involved, but everything will be done to ensure COMPLETE satisfaction... This is an A+++++++++ dealer !!! I have also dealt with other dealers , and believe me there is a reason Conicelli is a foriegn car Superstore More
We had a 2 horrible experiences with cocky staff at Mike Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill which led us to Conicelli. In way, they were a complete class act. Kurt gave us a best price and finance rate over the ph Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill which led us to Conicelli. In way, they were a complete class act. Kurt gave us a best price and finance rate over the phone and that evening we called to say we were on our way to buy the car. Kurt had left for the day and not yet assigned this to a salesperson. Yet, Rasheem took our call and agreed to honor the price and finance rate which Kurt had given us by phone -- we had nothing in writing from Kurt, yet Rasheem took our word. Once we arrived he hustled like nobody's business to get the paperwork done, financing approved, car detailed, plates on and get us out the door in less than 2 hours. Amazing. We were SO impressed with their quality customer service approach and price, we will never buy a car anywhere else. We love the Honda Civic and have 4 in our family. More
they are very, very rude. I asked for a PILOT with EXL trim and RES and they said none existed in the 5 state region. I called Scott in West Chester and THEY HAD 3 IN STOCK. So why did Conicelli lie to me trim and RES and they said none existed in the 5 state region. I called Scott in West Chester and THEY HAD 3 IN STOCK. So why did Conicelli lie to me? Lets say I did not buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!! And will not, ever! Liars! More
I just bought my second Honda from Conicelli and I cannot say enough about how great everyone was from the sales person Andrew to the Finance Mgr Dave to the General Sales Mgr Mark. The process was easy and say enough about how great everyone was from the sales person Andrew to the Finance Mgr Dave to the General Sales Mgr Mark. The process was easy and hassle free. Pricing was much better than the other Honda dealers that I spoke to. Once the vehicle was chosen we set up a delivery appointment and I was in and out in an hour. Conicelli Honda is a nice place to do business More
This occurred in 2006. I came in with my son to purchase a new Civic SI. They were in short supply and was prepared to pay list price with no discounts. They tried to add 2500 to the list price of the vehic a new Civic SI. They were in short supply and was prepared to pay list price with no discounts. They tried to add 2500 to the list price of the vehicle without telling me. I read the contract and mentioned that the price was incorrect, The ssles manager said there is nothing he could and that is the price he had to charge. The next day we went to Keenan Honda and bought the car for the correct price. I did complain to their customer service manager who is the owners daughter who said she was sorry and to give them another chance, I don't think so! More
I took my car in for the routine 90,000 mile maintenance, to inspect the timing belt, and change the brakes. When I picked up my car I noticed the brakes were screeching so I immediately went back to have it to inspect the timing belt, and change the brakes. When I picked up my car I noticed the brakes were screeching so I immediately went back to have it looked at. This is when they told me that the brakes weren't changed because they're still good for another 6 months. (I had to change the brakes 3 months later to pass inspection.) As they drive my car up again they say the mechanic noticed a funny sound but didn't let him look at it because he was being too much of a perfectionist. I drive off the lot and notice my car making funny sounds whenever I turned the wheel. I take it back a couple weeks later and they tell me I need a new power steering pump. I complained and after 2 days, finally got a hold of the manager - Frank (rude and arrogant). His explanation was that it was actually broken before I took it in and when they changed the timing belt they re-adjusted everything which is why I now hear the problem. (My experience is that usually a mechanic would notice if something is broken as they are working with the part.) I told him he made no sense since my car had never made that sound before and I've never had an issue with my power steering. He offered to cover 1/2 the cost to have it replaced ($216, when I already spent over $1k!!). I asked him how urgent it was and he said that I really needed to replace it soon. I got a 2nd opinion and the mechanic said the belt was too tight which stressed my power steering pump but that it is not a problem as long as I don't mind the annoying sounds. I'm still working on this issue with Honda customer relations. I should've listened to my friend and never gone to Conicelli Honda. More
I bought my Honda knowing that it needed work, which they said they would take of. The car needed body work(there was dent on the door) and brakes/roters(the car wobbled when I test drove it) When I droppe said they would take of. The car needed body work(there was dent on the door) and brakes/roters(the car wobbled when I test drove it) When I dropped the car off to get fixed, I got a rental car. They called me that Friday and said my car was not fixed yet, but I had to bring back the rental because I coudln't have it over the weekend. The rental department gave me the rental for 1 day, when everybody knew that car wouldn't be done in one day. This meant I would switch cars on Friday then go switch again on Monday. I didn't play this switching game and they threatened to charge me for the rental. When they said the car was finished I went to pick it up and it wasn't fixed. The dent was still on the door and it still wobbled. The extremely rude sales manager, Rick, said to me "I knew you wouldn't be satisfied." Of course I wasn't satisfied my car wasn't fixed! And they "couldn't find" the paperwork that said it had been worked on. I am still dealing with them to this day and it has been 5 months since I bought the car. Unfortunately the work has to be done at that dealership otherwise I would never step foot in there again. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other dealerships. More
Went to get a Honda Fit Sport. Price was non-negotiable, which I expected given that the car is in high demand. They were very professional and courteous and I received several follow-up letters from them which I expected given that the car is in high demand. They were very professional and courteous and I received several follow-up letters from them asking for my feedback and what else they needed to do in order to get my business. So on that front, I have no complaints. The main reason I cannot recommend them is that when I asked for a trade-in estimate for my car, they came back with an incredibly low-ball value (several thousand dollars below what I had been offered by an another dealership from which I ended-up buying a car). Sorry, but to me this is simply unacceptable business practice and I would not do business with someone engaging in such practices. And I did not... More
The dealer handled my problem very fast and were knowledgeable about my car's problems just with a description over the phone (I did find said info through the tubes on the Internets using The Googl knowledgeable about my car's problems just with a description over the phone (I did find said info through the tubes on the Internets using The Google). The shuttle service was good. The only problem that we had was when we first walked in, it took 5 min before anyone (and each station had a service man without a customer) would look at us. No one bothered to say "we'll be with you in a moment" or "someone will help you shortly." The dealership service area is a veritable obstical course. I am glad that I don't mind tight spaces. I hope that I don't change my mind about this dealership. It's very close to my home. More
