I gave this dealer a great rating because I had previously went to 2 other Honda dealers and told them I was looking to buy a car but not that day. Once I said that they where short unhelpful and a previously went to 2 other Honda dealers and told them I was looking to buy a car but not that day. Once I said that they where short unhelpful and aggravating. However when I visited Conicelli Honda I told Steve from the start I was not buying it today. To him it was not a problem he helped me with every question I had and even went out of his way to make sure every question I had was satisfied. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More

We have leased all of the above vehicles from Michael Ludwick except one. Michael always remembers us and has always been very polite, friendly and very informative. He is very knowledgeable of all the Honda models and is always fast to answer any questions we have. I believe Michael Ludwick and his team are great assets to Conicelli Honda. Tim Drew let me test drive both the 6 and 4 cyl coupes, as well as 4 and 6 cyl sedans over a couple of visits in the course of a week. No pressure whatsoever to purchase; he was clearly interested in allowing me to decide which care was right for me. I also came prepared with best Internet prices, and he and his sales manager, Jack, met the best price (including a few free oil changes). Actually wound up with a 4 cyl sedan which is a bit more practcal for my current life style (also, I wasn't crazy about the styling on the coupe, and the 4 cyl was plenty peppy on the sedan). This is the second Accord I purchased from Conicelli; the first one was three years ago and there was a bit more "negotiation" with the sales manager, but that too was an overall good experience. I will continue to patronize this dealership as I am extremely pleased with the they have treated me, their patience and lack of pressure. In addition, there service department is excellent - I have gone there many times as I now have 4 Accords in the family! More
The staff at Conicelli are not your typical car sales people. They are friendly, helpful, professional, and understand when no means no. Not one was, by any means, pushy. They worked with me so I could get the car and accessories I not only wanted, but could also afford. Not once did they suggest or push for an accessory. The extended warranties were explained to me, but, again not pushed for. I am very pleased with my choice of dealership and deal for my Honda CRV. More
I was interested in an 06 to 08 Honda Pilot. I arrived at Conicelli after having visited CarSense, where the process so impersonal it's hard to have a salesperson for more than 5 straight minutes. Arlene Lap Conicelli after having visited CarSense, where the process so impersonal it's hard to have a salesperson for more than 5 straight minutes. Arlene Lapin was my salesperson. I explained exactly what I wanted over the Internet, and we began searching as soon as I arrived. The first vehicle she had be drive was Toyota Highlander - not a Pilot - but still, not a bad vehicle. Finally, we found a Pilot that had just arrived. I sat in a freezing cold car (Arlene's) for 40 minutes while she tried to find a key to this vehicle. When we got inside, it had not been detailed at all - it was terribly dirty and smelled worse than a zoo. Still, all that can be taken care of, and it drove like a dream... We went back to the sales office to discuss numbers. It was the usual back and forth with Arlene having to go to her Sales Manager, Rich Greco. I wasn't planning on buying that day, but anything was possible - provided you have the funds. We jockeyed to get to the right number, and finally, we had come to a number with could agree with - even though the Interest rate I got from them was definitely too high. I had a VERY high credit score, so something seemed odd. Nevertheless, I wanted the vehicle. When we agreed on the final number, I explained I did have to run to a lunch appointment, but that the deal was good, and I was ready to purchase. I explained that I simply had to transfer funds from one bank account to another - and it takes 2 days for it to be accessible. So, I explained I would give them a $500 deposit now - and pay $2,500 within the next 2 days. Suddenly Arlene now had to get Rich Greco who came out of his office to explain they wouldn't do that. First, he told me it was a law. Minutes later, he said it was a Conicelli rule because they've had people jump ship on them. Keep in mind, a) I have a nearly perfect credit score b) they've now gotten to know me over 2 hours c) I'm ready to buy this vehicle d) it's smack in the middle of a recession and the auto industry is crumbling. I look at Arlene and Rich and explain ALL of those points to them and they do not care. They say no. They basically do not want to sell me a vehicle! They say they won't hold the vehicle and that's that. I tell them I will go somewhere else. Days later, I email the saleswoman Arlene to say I transferred the funds and still want the truck. She says it's been sold. She added that they sold it to someone else for THOUSANDS MORE! She admitted that. I was shocked. Over the next 3 days I check online - and it's still for sale. I call the dealership and ask them. They say it's still on the lot for sale. I call Arlene and tell her they're telling me it's still for sale. She says it's definitely been sold. I say, "Arlene, I'm ready to buy - my funds have been transferred - and just call or email me with a good deal on any Pilot. I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN! Both Rich (who was very rude in his approach and manner - sounded like a complete thug and someone who is out to steal your money) and Arlene decided to not even accept my business. I did a lot of online research after that episode and came to find out that hundreds of people have been ripped off by this dealership. It had a reputation so negative it spanned the entire Delaware Valley. A week later, I went to Keenan Honda in Doylestown. I got a car with nearly the same mileage but this was an '07! The one Conicelli wanted me to take was an '06. The Keenan staff was fair, expeditious, and worked with me to get me a good deal. We began running the numbers online before I ever even showed up on the lot, and they were one of the few dealerships to do that. It showed a lot of integrity on their part. It also explained why Keenan was so busy (my salesperson, Matt helped me and then needed to also pay some attention to a couple that came in - he did it all politely and professionally) and why Conicelli was absolutely dead. Conicelli's shack of a sales building was crowded with several "typical sales guys" who were not afraid to curse and throw things at each other while I waited for my deal to get started. Please, I encourage you to contact me for more information. Conicelli Pre Owned Honda will not be there in 6 months. And if they are, they will be dying a slow death - as it should be. We, the consumers, deserve much better. And don't be fooled by the positive scores on this web site. They are so obviously written by the company itself it's almost insulting. So, I got a great deal and narrowly escaped auto-buying disaster. Stay away from this dealership. Go to Scott Honda, Main Line, Keenan, CarSense - anywhere but here. You'll feel better about your decision. Good Luck and Be Smart. More

I have been dealing with the Conicelli's for over 15 years through many manufacturers , I have never been treated with anything but respect by anyone in this organisation. I have refered many people to years through many manufacturers , I have never been treated with anything but respect by anyone in this organisation. I have refered many people to this dealer and have never had anything but praises. Jack Kohanim is an excellant manager who will see to your every detail. you can trust he will see to it that your salesman will handle every detail promised and if anything ever slips through the crack, Jack will make it right!! In the service department Frank Boyle is an extremely friendly and understanding manager, I have seen things come through "less than perfect" but lets face it, even technitions are human, the true test is how a company handles it when something goes wrong... Believe me things are handled correctly if this happens, if not Frank gets involved, and if you are still not satisfied, one of the Conicelli's will get involved, but everything will be done to ensure COMPLETE satisfaction... This is an A+++++++++ dealer !!! I have also dealt with other dealers , and believe me there is a reason Conicelli is a foriegn car Superstore More
We had a 2 horrible experiences with cocky staff at Mike Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill which led us to Conicelli. In way, they were a complete class act. Kurt gave us a best price and finance rate over the ph Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill which led us to Conicelli. In way, they were a complete class act. Kurt gave us a best price and finance rate over the phone and that evening we called to say we were on our way to buy the car. Kurt had left for the day and not yet assigned this to a salesperson. Yet, Rasheem took our call and agreed to honor the price and finance rate which Kurt had given us by phone -- we had nothing in writing from Kurt, yet Rasheem took our word. Once we arrived he hustled like nobody's business to get the paperwork done, financing approved, car detailed, plates on and get us out the door in less than 2 hours. Amazing. We were SO impressed with their quality customer service approach and price, we will never buy a car anywhere else. We love the Honda Civic and have 4 in our family. More
they are very, very rude. I asked for a PILOT with EXL trim and RES and they said none existed in the 5 state region. I called Scott in West Chester and THEY HAD 3 IN STOCK. So why did Conicelli lie to me trim and RES and they said none existed in the 5 state region. I called Scott in West Chester and THEY HAD 3 IN STOCK. So why did Conicelli lie to me? Lets say I did not buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!! And will not, ever! Liars! More
