My fiance and I had made an morning appointment to view three used 2010 Honda Accords at Conicelli. I had called Mike Salvo the day before arriving to make sure all vehicles were available. He confirmed that they were still on the lot and looked forward to our visit. Upon arriving, Mike greeted us and notified us that 2 of the cars were sold that night.I had asked him why he did not notify us of this before arriving to the dealership. He simply shrugged his shoulders,leaned back in his shiny black leather chair, and said "They were hot sellers. Sorry. There was nothing I could do." He took us to see the remaining car. As me and my fiance examined the interior and exterior of the car making notes of any damage, Mike stated "I'm heading inside while you guys go ahead check it out." Once we were done, we proceeded inside and Mike was on a important phone call as we waited patiently for our test drive. The test drive went smoothly and we proceeded to make an offer on the vehicle. Mike showed us the internet price again and said "Well it is certified. I mean, I don't know what else to tell you." We respectfully gave him another offer in order to negotiate then something out of this world happened. He stood up at his desk, clasped his hands to his mouth and yelled across the table "Hey! _____, what can you do about the 2010 Accord?!" I'm assuming the anonymous man was a sales manager, yelled back , it's already discounted! There's nothing I can do." Me and my fiance were very embarrassed and only wanted to negotiate on the pricing. This was an overall bad experience and I would not recommend this sales associate or sales manager. More
I came to Conicelli 2 years ago to purchase a certified used vehicle. I traded in my vehicle that Conicelli gave me 1000.00 OVER what a different dealer offered. That was the first plus. I had a little mechanical trouble with the vehicle I purchased but they took care of the issue as quickly as they could and I was never without a vehicle. Plus 3! After being sent a flyer for a customer appreciation event, I went with the intent of playing with the idea of buying a brand new vehicle. I was met at the door by Dana, a new sales associate. She was friendly and not overbearing. She listened to what I was saying and I got an awesome deal on a brand new Honda Civic that again was within my budget. They were just so easy to deal with and really went out of their way to see that I was satisfied. Dana went out of her way to make sure that she showed me all the features in my new car. That was really nice because it does alot. She set up my phone with the bluetooth in the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dana in particular to anyone who is in the market for a good,dependable,vehicle that also is very nice to look at and fun to drive! More

We did our homework on the website, made contact with Anthony Battistini, and in very short order had narrowed our choice to 2 CR-V's. Buying a used Honda from Conicelli's with Anthony and Dave Novelli leading the way was as good as any new car experience (Lexus, Acura, Infiniti, etc.)we've ever had! More

I had done extensive research into purchasing a new Honda Civic for approximately 3 months. I had gone to dealers from the Lehigh Valley to the Delaware Valley before I decided to give Conicelli Honda a shot Civic for approximately 3 months. I had gone to dealers from the Lehigh Valley to the Delaware Valley before I decided to give Conicelli Honda a shot. Upon arrival I was greeted by Kristina. She was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had. I was a little apprehensive about making a purchase at first due to financial constraints. Kristina and the crew at Conicelli negotiated a price and payment that I felt comfortable with. This dealer also has the biggest selection of new Hondas I had ever seen. It seems like that if they don't have it, they don't make it. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Conicelli Autoplex to anyone looking for a new Honda in the Delaware Valley and beyond. More
tom was very helpful with my purchase, no pressure at all, very friendly and to this day very willing to help. but, i do have one thing to complain about. the car that i purchased. now i bought this car all, very friendly and to this day very willing to help. but, i do have one thing to complain about. the car that i purchased. now i bought this car in july fell in love with it right away and i still love it. but i don't love the repairs i have had to do to it, such as trasmission replacement,brakes new tie rodes in the front and back new parking brake system, the water pump, the tires, the rear roter was shaved down. but most of the stuf was covered under warrenty. but i understand buying a used car is always not going to work out it only took me about 6 months to fix it all. there service department very friendly and very helpful but i was confused when i told them that when the check engin light came on the service texh told me its ok to drive its nothing minor? but all in all im very glad that tom talked me in to a service warrenty cause i would be in a heck of a pickel if i didn't. so yes i would buy from them again after i looked over the car and had a car fax. More
Brought my vehicle for its service at an appointed date and time. Arrived 15 minutes earlier but nevertheless was attended to right away. Promised a 90-minute waiting time, but only a little over an hour heard my name on the PA system saying my car's ready. Paid at the cashier's window and off I go. No sweat in dealing with these group of people from the Service Department. Haven't popped the hood of my car yet to check if they really worked on my car, but I fully trust that these people wouldn't risk ruining their reputation just for a shoddy service work, even perhaps their privilege to carry the Honda brand. I recommend the Service Department of Conicelli Honda. More
