I have been coming to the Honda service area since purchasing my car in 1998. It still runs pretty well. Overall I have had no complaints about the service until the past year. I had to take off my job to have a service done which is not offered on Saturday and I waited a week to get an appointment, and once I was there I was told the part was not available. I spoke with the technician a week prior, shouldn't I have been contacted before I went to the Service area and taking off time from work. I also had to return my car several times after having an air conditioning job done, because the car was leaking water into the interior after your technicians fixed it. Time is valuable and costly, and you certainly charge top dollar for your service. I think some tweeking should be done to your customer service policies. Bought a Certified 2012 Civic Sedan from Conicelli. I orginally went to the dealer to buy another car but was unable to buy it.... But Anthony showed me the civic with a very reasonable price for it. We bought a 2013 Cr-v on January. This was our first new car. Our consultant was Tim Drew. Before we went there I thought that all the dealerships are the same, but this one wasn't like the others. My husband and I bought a used 2010 Certified Honda Pilot touring from David Stephenson at a reasonable price. David was very nice and answered all our questions. A few days after we bought the pilot, we noticed that the steering wheel had a slight vibration. We took it to our local mechanic (we live 3 hours away in Virginia)and they advised us that the vibration was due to bad tires. The tires were not covered under warranty so we would have to pay the local mechanic out of our own pocket. I was not too thrilled at the prospect of shelling out $800 on tires when I just bought the vehicle. I called David to explain the issue and he advised me that he would talk to his manager to see what they could do. It was a few days, and I had to call David back. Turns out the used car manager was on vacation so I got a little frustrated, but David really went to bat and got another manager involved. Anyway, I ended up talking to the service dept about the issue. I spoke to Harry. He was real pleasant on the phone, but in the back of my mind, I wasn't sure how willing they were to change the tires out and thought I would have to fight them on it. Anyway, we took the truck back up there (fortunately, my mother-in-law lives nearby so we stayed with her for the night). I was pleasantly surprised when Harry informed us that he was going to replace the tires with brand new Goodyears. I typically don't take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to say that I was truly impressed with the customer service at this dealership. This was my first time buying a car, but I always knew that an honest dealership will stand by the products that they sell. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to fix the problem without hesitation. I only wished I lived closer so they could do the routine service on the truck. These guys are great and I highly recommend. More
