I bought a 2013 Honda Accord sport in February! I got the extended warranty along with the protection plan for paint with acid rain, Tree sap, And dings. Last week i got tree sap on my car and tried to clean extended warranty along with the protection plan for paint with acid rain, Tree sap, And dings. Last week i got tree sap on my car and tried to clean it off. To my surprise the paint started chipping off along with the sap. I took the car to Mark the servive manager and he agreed it was tree sap. He sends me to the body shop were i meet Tim Yourl. He in turn said that it isnt tree sap it was a rock that chipped the paint. Mind you that i tried to get the sap off with bug and tar remover. I said sir with all do respect I know for a fact it was sap. If it was a rock wouldnt there be dings where the paint is coming off? This is where the story gets good. He then replies I have been dong this over twenty years and have seen some crazy things. I think when you were driving on the highway at 70mph a bug hit your car and thats why the paint is coming off. This is while he is trying to clean sap off my car with his fingernails. Hence putting scratches in the clearcoat. I tell him that Mark agrees that it is tree sap. His responce was Mark isn't a body shop worker and dont know what he is taling about. Mark was a body shop man in the start of his career. He then askes me what protecton plan i got because they sell a lot of different ones. No Tim they only sell one because Mak and Arlene told me so. This was the most unproffesional man to walk the face of the earth. I buy a protection plan that conicelli will not honor because of the word of Tim Yourl. That was money wasted on a warranty that is in the hands of there body shop. hmmmm I didnt think that one through. So if you want to be called a lier and not have your warranties honored then be my guest and buy there. I on the other hand will never step foot in another conicelli dealer ever. Good thing i found this out before december when my parents lease is up. They love my Honda and are going to get one. I look forward to helping them buy one at a different dealer. By the way i am a 43 year old man not a 20 year old who could possibly be trying to get something for free. Revised 10/16/13. I want to thank Paul Leahy For his patients and understanding. I feel bad because of the experiance I had with the body shop I really was not myself. He remained calm and focused to get the problems resolved. In the end Conicelli Honda did the right thing. They always ended the conversation or message asking to earn my business. When Casey Cooney, Sales Manager, got involved in my sale I became confident that I would purchase my new Honda from CONICELLI . Compared to Sales Managers at other Honda dealerships, Mr. Cooney was always a straight shooter. There were never any hidden costs in any of the paperwork during the negotiation process. Mr. Cooney listened to my requirements and worked within my budget to help me choose the right car and corresponding deal best for me at this time.. Many other sales managers would slip in figures that we did not previously discuss, and hope that I would not notice...but I did...and did not appreciate these antics. This is my third Honda from CONICELLI, and I'm sure it will not be my last. I would highly recommend CONICELLI to any friend or family member. Thank you. More

My experience purchasing a 2013 Honda Civic LX sedan from Conicelli Honda exceeded all expectations. Before visiting any dealership, I asked for quotes from different dealers in the area. I visited two Honda Conicelli Honda exceeded all expectations. Before visiting any dealership, I asked for quotes from different dealers in the area. I visited two Honda dealers, Sloane and Sussman, before visiting Conicelli despite their horrendous reviews because they were willing to match the lowest quote I had. That was a mistake because the attitudes/demeanor of the salesmen at Sloane and Sussman were subpar. I walked out of their dealerships and visited Conicelli because Kelly and Brianna, the internet sales consultants, were very professional and matched the lowest quote I received from other dealers. J.L. Freed, Keenan, Piazza Drexel Hill, Piazza Philadelphia, Piazza Pottstown, and Mainline Honda either couldn't match Conicelli's price or they just completely ignored my emails for price matching. The moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Jim, the sales consultant, who was very professional, friendly, and approachable. After a test drive with the 2013 Honda Civic LX sedan, I waited to have my 2007 Honda Civic sedan appraised. That day Conicelli was short an appraiser so it did take some time to get my car appraised, but the wait was worth it because they gave me a VERY fair appraisal for my trade-in. Usually, signing papers in the finance office is the most painful part of the car buying process but Juan made the process very easy, fast, and spelled everything out for me to eliminate any confusion. Also, by the time I finished signing the papers to finalize the deal, it was 10 p.m. and the dealership closed at 9 p.m. This showed me just how much they wanted my business and I will definitely send anyone I know who is buying a Honda to Jim and Juan directly. This entire car buying process was as painless as possible thanks to Jim and Juan. Dealing with multiple salesmen in the past from different manufacturers, I can honestly say they are some of the most genuine and helpful salesmen I have ever dealt with. Even though Sloane and Sussman are 10 minutes away from my home, I am definitely going to make the extra 20 minutes to have my car serviced at Conicelli. And the next time I buy a Honda I will definitely go straight to Conicelli rather than dealing with salesmen at other dealers who were not as helpful or eager to earn my business. Thanks Conicelli! We were very please with our salesman Anthony. We started out looking for a 2012 used Pilot then he took us to let us look at a new Pilot,Highlander and Pathfinder. We purchased a 2012 Honda CRV from Sloane Honda and they advertise express checkout and they sold us a car way faster. After sitting down and running numbers and agreeing to buy a car we sat there for over 3 hours waiting and not know what was taking so long. It kind of ruined our whole happiness of buying a new car. We never even seen a manager or nothing. At sloane last year we bought a 2012 Crv and we met people higher up and they congratulated us and treated us like royalty where at concicelli we didn't meet anyone but Anthony our salesman and the receptionist. The only thing Conicelli has going for them is they have 4 car dealership all close to each other. For experience and customer service I give them a 1 out of 10 and would never recommend them to buy a new car More
