My primary purpose for visiting Conicelli was to purchase a new Honda Crosstour. I actually started at True Car.com, and was ready to drive to Baltimore to get my great True Car price. However, I decided to call local dealers to see if they would match the deal. No other dealer would match, so I was actually pleasantly surprised when Conicelli not only matched the price but BEAT the True Car price. Made the entire negotiation process of car buying "easy breezy," and Lauren's customer service and friendliness was the icing on the cake. I have since told many of my friends currently looking for cars to go to Conicelli for the best deal. The professionalism, customer service and the fact that Conicelli beat the True Car price made me a loyal customer! I would like to share my horrible experience with your dealership with intention to notify you that how we felt as a customer. We (I and my husband) came to you dealership around 11.45 am on 12/28 with dealership with intention to notify you that how we felt as a customer. We (I and my husband) came to you dealership around 11.45 am on 12/28 with intention to purchase new Honda civic for my son. My son is 16.5 years old and getting license and this supposed to be his first car. On arrival we asked for Loren who gave us some preliminary information couple months back. She was not there so receptionist found new sales person Mr. Oscar R. It took about 20 minutes before we got him. I understand that as it was busy day and dealership was shorthanded. Receptionist was very courteous and nice. Oscar seems knowledgeable about the product. Couple days before this we went to Sussman Honda and they offered us Honda with internet pricing $16998 minus $500 from Honda if we go for Honda finance. But we bought Honda 10 years back from your dealership and had a good experience so decided to buy from you. When we asked for this price, Oscar with couple of trips to his manager gave us price $16689 and told us that Honda stop giving $500 just yesterday so we will not get it from him or either Sussman Honda. We kind of trust him and went with the purchase. During whole this he was nice and professional. He took care of our insurance, loan and make sure we look the car’s color and car before buying it. He said there were three finance managers and all are busy so it would take about 30-45 minutes before they work with us. We waited about 1.45 minutes and got exhausted and asked him if he can get finance manager quickly as we need to go to pick up my kids. At last he got one finance manager and asked us to go to his office. The finance manager was not happy at all as it seems we trying to rush him. He didn’t greet us and throw papers (yes, throw) in front of us to sign it. While we look the paper we found that Honda gave us $500 back. We were upset and asked Oscar to explain it as he mentioned that Honda stop giving it. While we arguing with him, finance manager ripped off papers and removed our tag name from the folder. At that point I asked my husband to leave without deal as it was quite offending and insulting. At that point Oscar offered 3 oil change free to compensate and apologies for the confusion. We decided to go ahead with the deal. Another reason for us to buy is that our son waiting for new car and we spent pretty much whole day and thought of starting everything again would be very frustrating. Finance manager reprint the paper, with his gesture one can see that he was not happy at all and kind of favoring us. After signing paper he gave us envelope and leaves the room without speaking a single word. We were waiting there thinking that he might go out to pick up some papers. Oscar came back in room after about five minutes and told that process is finished. Finance manager walked out without saying anything. We felt very humiliated and insulted; it was our big mistake that we didn’t walk away without deal. As a mother, I was excited to purchase first car for my son, this experience snatch away that joy. We went to party to my friend’s house in the evening and when we shared this experience all my friends told same that we should walk away when finance manager ripped off the papers. When I shared the story on my face book page again all disgusted by finance manager behavior and said how can car dealership can treat customer like this. For sure we will not step into your dealership in our lifetime not even to use the free oil service. Neither your manager came us to congratulate for our purchase. I think this whole experience is the reflection of the customer service and culture that promoting within the dealership. Hope this feedback will help to train your finance staff on how to behave with customer. It is your choice to accpet the feedback or not. when i first walked in everyone was so helpful and greated me right away. then when Genia came over so aways had a smile on her face and made me feel like I was the only custermer that mattered. she greated me right away. then when Genia came over so aways had a smile on her face and made me feel like I was the only custermer that mattered. she then let me talked and listen to what i wanted and need to spend, we then test drove the truck and i was hooked. she then proceeded to explain what would happen next with the credit score and the finances. she asked if i wanted my trade in to be valued and once that came back she came up with a number for payments. we talked a little and set a no higher payment price then she went to do her magic. she came back under with what we agreed apond and the truck was mine. thank you so much Genia More
have had my 2013 Honda Accord lease for a year as of December 2013. I have been serviced here at least 3 times with every time being horrible. Every time I have been here, the service center has me waiting at least over an hour before they come tell me about the issue with the car. The part is that I know the issue and scheduled the appt to get it fixed!!! If i have an appt for a known problem and scheduled in a week in advance, don't you think they should have what I need by that time already and get my car fixed? This had happened to me twice now with having flat tires and needing a new tire. One time I had to reschedule my appt for a tire when they knew I needed a tire. They scheduled the appt and told me they would have the tire and then come back to me after waiting forever saying they don't even have the tire in stock. This is a huge convenience for someone who has a day job. Waiting 4 hours for a new tire my second time around Is absolutely ridiculous. I also had to come back here for them to reset my service light since they didn't do it when I got my car inspected and serviced a week prior. That shad been a real pain since my service light came on a week after getting the car checked. If you are looking for quality service, this place is horrible. As my first lease experience, i have had nothing but bad experiences with this company every single time I have been here, not including the beginning of the sales buying process!!! Beware of Conicelli service promises because ooh far they have not been truthful to me from the start. More
