Having purchased a car from their dealership, I expected a seamless and professional service experience, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was met with unprofessionalism at the customer service counter. The representative seemed disorganized and unable to locate my information in their system, despite the appointment being scheduled in advance and my details surely being on file as a recent customer. Instead of efficiently accessing my information, I was asked to provide unnecessary documentation such as insurance and registration, which felt like an unnecessary inconvenience considering my purchase history with the company. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction was deeply concerning. As someone who had already invested in a vehicle from Conecelli Honda, I expected a higher level of service and professionalism. However, the experience at the customer service counter only served to undermine my confidence in the dealership's ability to prioritize customer care. Furthermore, the issues didn't end there. After informing him that the valet took the car with my information, The Customer service representative proceeded from behind the counter and rudely told the young men to go get the car. All I wanted to do was drop my car off early so that I could get work. However, there was still a delay in processing my appointment, leaving me waiting for an unacceptable amount of time and causing me to be late for work. This level of disorganization and inefficiency reflects poorly on Conecelli Honda's commitment to customer service and detracts from the overall experience of dealing with the dealership. In conclusion, my experience with Conecelli Honda's service department was marred by unprofessionalism, disorganization, and a lack of respect for customer convenience. As someone who chose to purchase a vehicle from their dealership, I expected better treatment and a smoother service process. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations, and I would caution others against relying on Conecelli Honda for their automotive service needs. More

Treated terribly by sales manger accusing me of being aggressive, and refused to negotiate. Treated me like thug instead of giving respect to a potential customer.
