My family and I have bought 6 Hondas over 20 years Joe Saxon, the service manager, is TOP NOTCH. He is honest, clear, helpful, and readily available. My family and I have bought 6 Hondas over 20 years and will continue to only buy Hondas because the quality of the vehicles are excellent but even better than that is the helpfulness and care taken by the service dept. The children's waiting room, accommodations, and staff are friendly, and customer service focused. I can't rave about my experiences enough because Honda takes care of its customers. Best car buying experience ever! I was dreading the thought of purchasing a new vehicle because of past bad experiences with an overall obnoxious sales force. So I started with a request for internet pricing on a Passport. That was the start of the best thing ever for me. From my initial contact requesting that price, through visiting the dealership and the buying process, this was by far the very best car buying experience I have ever had! I received a great internet price from Patrick, which he followed up with a phone call to discuss the details of exactly what I was looking for. My appointment to visit the dealership was set up with Tone Hicks. Tone is just the very best! He works with you to get you the very best deal and there is never any pressure. And to make it even better, imagine working with a car salesman that has a GREAT personality!! Request Tone when you visit, you will not regret it. Tim Drew, the sales manager, also worked with us to give us an even better price and a good value on our trade in. Lastly it was a visit with Kristine in finance. She is amazingly efficient and worked quickly to wrap up the paperwork so we could be on our way with our new car. Everyone at Conicelli that I came in contact with was warm and welcoming, patient and professional. It was truly amazing experience. Do yourself a favor and shop at Conicelli because I found that it really is 'a GREAT place to do business'! More

Best customer service experience ever 4PM on a Friday. I’m in the car with my wife, 2 year old daughter, and 4 month old son. We’re 30 minutes into our weekend trip to the Poconos when t 4PM on a Friday. I’m in the car with my wife, 2 year old daughter, and 4 month old son. We’re 30 minutes into our weekend trip to the Poconos when the malfunction light on the dashboard comes on and the “D” on the gearshift indicator starts blinking. I have my wife take a look at the manual which says it indicates a possible problem with the transmission and that it is not safe to drive. We find the nearest Honda dealership which happens to be Conicelli. I start dreading the inevitability that the weekend is ruined and I need to figure out a way to get my family, luggage, and cooler full of food home with no working car in rush hour traffic. We get to Conicelli at 4:15 and I fully expect them to tell me that I’m crazy for expecting them to be able to help me out on the spot with no appointment and so late in the day on a Friday. Enter service manager Joe Saxon to the rescue. Joe empathized with my situation and was able to fit us in. Not only did he have his guys run a diagnostic immediately – he fixed the issue and got us out back on the road in about 35 minutes. We continued on our way and had a great weekend. Literally the best customer service experience of my life. Conicelli does care and is well beyond a “nice” place to do business. More
Deceptive Sales I'm still waiting for a response regarding my lousy car-buying experience at Conicelli. Unfortunately, I won't get one because(1) I paid my car in ful I'm still waiting for a response regarding my lousy car-buying experience at Conicelli. Unfortunately, I won't get one because(1) I paid my car in full so they got all the money they can out of me for the new vehicle and (2) , Mark Hammond married into the Conicelli family so I doubt my experience will be rectified! I just recently had scheduled maintenance on my vehicle at Conicelli and was charged $239 for "fluid change" and "multi-point inspection"... No major work done though for $239+. They kindly replaced the key fob battery that only lasted 18 months and the service advisor claims he replaced the battery for a discount of $4.99 but my invoice states otherwise. I filled out an online survey thru Honda about my experience and Joe Saxon from Conicelli left a message on my voicemail after I did the survey and he starts by saying "Honda TOLD me to give you a call about your survey"! Basically, Joe wasn't willing to discuss my experience but was rather forced to call me about it. I just think my outrageous charge for changing fluids was retaliation for my candid review on their website last year. I just expect transparency but they haven't been true from the beginning when Jeff Pye(salesman) offered me free oil changes with my purchase but later rebuked his "offer" and denied he ever said that. Conicelli is a "nice place to do business" when you're the salesman but the customer gets taken advantage of. If Conicelli was true to their motto, I at least would've gotten a genuine phone call about my experience rather than being charged for a battery they claim was a discount. The difference in the battery price would not make things right but it would be a start considering I'll have to take my car for further maintenance in the future. I will make sure that ALL fluids are changed unlike when I had to fill my windshield fluid myself after the last visit. For any pending customers, just make sure you do your homework before purchasing here and make sure they're clear about ANY warranties they offer. More
