Really bad customer service Here’s the story of how REYNOLD’S FORD in Norman failed miserably! 3 years ago, my then 19 year old daughter bought a 3 year old car from them. She Here’s the story of how REYNOLD’S FORD in Norman failed miserably! 3 years ago, my then 19 year old daughter bought a 3 year old car from them. She looked for several weeks before she found what she wanted. She paid the down payment with her own money. Bought the extended warranty. Within a couple of months, the car started having trouble. Took it in for repair (not to Reynolds but another Ford dealership so we could use the warranty). Found out that Reynolds never registered her warranty so there was no record of it. Had to produce documentation proving she had bought the warranty and plead our case so Reynolds would activate the warranty. Service dept had her car for a month with only an occasional loaner car. After replacing multiple parts, finally fixed the problem. Repeat repair scenario multiple times over the past 2 years. In March her car received major hail damage. Filed insurance claim and took it to be repaired. Once the body shop started repairs, they realize her car has been in a serious accident and has significant un-repaired damage. Body shop was contracted to repair hail damage so they complete that repair (which ended up costing enough that it should have been totaled from the hail damage alone). But they repaired it and insurance paid. Spoke with the manager at Reynolds Ford who basically said it sucks to be you but you can’t prove that we knew it had been wrecked when we sold it to you. (Which is crap because we took it to a dealership where the salesman looked under the hood and started pointing out all of the things that were wrong with it!) My daughter is left upside down in a car that isn’t worth it’s Blue Book value or “normal” trade-in value. Repairs will cost thousands of dollars—money she doesn’t have because she just graduated from college and hasn’t gotten a full-time job yet. The moral of the story is that Reynolds Ford did nothing illegal but definitely didn’t do the ethical or moral thing either. If you are looking for a used car, DO NOT BUY FROM REYNOLDS FORD!! More

We were experiencing a strange situation, and he JUST happened to pick up the phone when they were busy. Within 30 minutes, he PERSONALLY drove to pick me up, get me into a courtesy vehicle and the vehicle was fixed properly right away! I didn't even have to return the rental! Someone brought my Explorer (Evelyn) back home and picked up their car! His story is inspiring and he is beyond amazing. In a day and age where it's nearly impossible to be NOT frustrated, much less SATISFIED as a customer we were absolutely DELIGHTED!!! We were already a customer, but thanks to his kind treatment, we will be loyal to Reynolds Ford in Norman FOREVER. **As long as it's being ran with Ken's leading spirit of humanity and ACTUAL customer service!** We are actually in the market for another pickup, so I'm certain we will see them soon!
