We (including our family and friends) have bought several vehicles from Travis Ward, (Sales Manager) over the past 13 years. We decided to trade our 2015 F-150 pickup in and was undecided as to what we wanted. Our salesman was, Jeremy Cash (sales consultant). I can honestly say we received the best customer service that a person could get from Jeremy and Travis. There was no high pressure sales and fast talking. Jeremy gave us the space we needed to look around and talk freely and would check on us to see if we had any questions. Never pushing, and my husband and I appreciate that in a sales person more than one can imagine. We made our decision, and went into finance and had the pleasure of working with Franco DelCastillo (Business Manager). He also took his time to explain everything to where we felt good about our decision. He makes you feel comfortable talking about your finances and being very private and honest doing so. Once again, he also is not a high pressure business manager and we never felt rushed. It was a very good experience. Great experience!! I needed a slightly used truck and was not excited about my research so far. Then a friend told me about Reynolds Ford and John and Brian. Wow! Brian and John were easy to deal with and very helpful. During a delay, Brian even went and picked up something to eat for my wife and me. No pressure! As I waited financing, I walked around and listened to the other sales staff. None of them used high pressure. In fact, I heard one salesman tell a customer that a certain truck was a good looking truck but unless it was what he needed to be off road there wasn't much need for all of the features unless he just wanted it. Nice! Didn't tell him how good he's look in it or how bad he needed it. Gave him great advice without turning him away. I Drove away a very satisfied customer. Will be back for my next vehicle when it is time. More

Steve approached everything in a very relaxed way, told a few jokes, and got me a good deal. I purchased a used car that had some paint damage from the previous owner. During the sales process, Steve said they'd fix the paint for me. A few weeks later I took the car in, and had it back barely 24 hours later. Throughout the entire process, Steve would text me and let me know what was up, who to drop the car off with, and when it was ready to pick back up. Steve's been in the business for a very long time, and I can see why. When it comes time to buy another car, I'll be headed back to Reynolds Ford. More

Terry Hermance knew all ins and outs of the ordering process and was patient and made it feel a whole lot less overwhelming. The schedule from ordering to delivery was exactly in the timeframe (6-7weeks) he had given us. He was pleasant and understanding when fielding my questions when I would call about where exactly the truck was in the build process. Jeremy Cash assisted us during the delivery. He was courteous, personable and very knowledgeable about the truck and all it's features walking us threw each. One thing I really appreciate is if and when confronted by a question he didn't know the answer to he let me know he didn't and would find the needed answer. Skipping the whole blowing smoke thing goes along way with me. Even considering we came with our own finacing Joe Galindo made the actual sale and the paper work that goes along with quick and absolutely painless. Everyone from the receptionst to management made this possibly the best and painless auto buying experience I've ever had. I will absollutely use Reynolds when in the market for my next new Ford. More
