Outstanding Sales Experience! 2019 Ford Expedition Limited Reynolds Ford exceeded my expectations for my car buying experience. From the time we arrived, we felt comfortable, unpressured, and relieved to have Reynolds Ford exceeded my expectations for my car buying experience. From the time we arrived, we felt comfortable, unpressured, and relieved to have a sales person that listened to our needs and requests. I had spent every weekend the previous 2 months at several dealerships from Edmond to Norman, looking at all makes and models of SUVs, test driving both new and used vehicles, only to be inundated with calls from them pressuring me to buy in the days and weeks (even months) after. Steve Adams, our sales person at Reynolds Ford was respectful of my time and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Following the decision to buy our new vehicle (2019 Ford Expedition with 20K miles), Steve went above and beyond what I would have expected. He had our car detailed, filled up with gas, and ready for us to pick up that evening. He then took the time to set up our Ford App and demonstrate all the "extra" amenities we had not explored when I first looked at the Expedition. I'd also like to give credit to the gentleman that assisted us with Financing, Joe Galindo. He was patient with all of our questions, and made the process nearly painless (it always hurts to spend $). Overall, Reynold Ford in Norman was the best experience I had during my new car purchase journey and I would recommend them to my family and friends for their future vehicle shopping. More

In my opinion, Reynolds Ford is the best place to go to purchase a Ford. This was my 3rd new car purchase from Reynolds over a 25 year span. Doug Sandlin is one of our favorite people to see and buy from because he is so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and that goes so far in a sometimes uncomfortable environment like buying a car. He and his team never cease to impress us and are always willing to find exactly what we are looking for in the price we have requested and we couldn’t be more thankful or pleased with every visit. Adam Kelley was a fantastic salesman, made sure we found the exact things we wanted in the exact car we wanted and was so respectful and kind and patient with us! He also made sure we knew how to work all the bells and whistles in our new car and got the best experience of it all! We can’t say enough things about Franco in finance because he always makes the impossible possible and is so friendly and kind and has so much patience when it comes down to the process.
