Mr. Hull, I'm sorry to learn of the head gasket issue you described. Prior to listing the 2010 Honda Crosstour for sale, we replaced the cabin air filter, oil and filter, all wiper blades, mounted and balanced 4 new tires with a 4 wheel alignment, replaced the hood shocks and machined the front rotors. The vehicle you purchased was checked out thoroughly prior to sale. The head gasket was not leaking or showing signs of having leaked when you purchased it. We’re sorry to learn of the head gasket leak you describe. We would never try to hide any issue like this from you or any other customer. The Honda has 118,000 miles and we can’t control what happens to a 10 year old vehicle with those kind of miles. That is the reason we reviewed the Buyer’s Guide at the time of purchase.
