After arriving home, I did research and was told that it had something to do with the MyKey system, and to remove the settings, I had to use the Admin key. Because I had only received one key, I called the sales rep that helped me (Amanda Vollmer) and she contacted me back within 5 minutes and had already set a service appointment to have the settings removed and for them to order me a admin key. I went and they had it done within 30 minutes and had the admin key cut for me already. I’ve never dealt with such kind people in the car industry. More

This was my second dealership purchase, the first was my wife’s SUV through a different dealership and it caused me to dread doing business with another dealership. Cue Martin Wiley. I showed interest in a wife’s SUV through a different dealership and it caused me to dread doing business with another dealership. Cue Martin Wiley. I showed interest in a pickup that Reynolds had and Martin responded letting me know that it had already sold. He asked what I was looking for in terms of features, price, and mileage. I gave him my strict list and he got back to me in less than 5 minutes with the perfect truck. I was working out of state for another week and knew I wouldn’t be able to do much so I put him in touch with my wife so they could work together. She pestered him with tons of concerns and questions and he gave us all the information we could need and more. When I was able to make it in to the dealership We hashed out the details he took care of a few concerns I had, and on to financing we went. Martin made the sales side of the transaction smooth and pain free, even providing some laughs along the way. My wife and I were comfortable and felt that we could trust Martin. In financing we dealt with Sean who was also reassuring. He was able to work with us on our financing to get us a payment we were comfortable with. It was late in the evening, approaching closing time, but Sean wasn’t irritated with our barrage of questions and concerns. He was a pleasure to work with. Everyone we came in to contact with was welcoming and knowledgeable. This will be my dealership for life. More
I am Very dissapointed with the Reynolds Ford Internet Sales especially Tylor Easton who after numerous requests for certain pictures and a personal onsite walk around via the phone misled me. Being a senior and not very Hi-Tech with the latest cell phones, i relied on him to be my eyes for a proper evaluation being 840miles away.Upon numerous requests for a certain drivers side upper portion photo of the door he kept sending me lower angles pictures to avoid the obvious. Upon delivery and as the trk was being unloaded i myself and the driver noticed the creases in the upper door which i was not told about. After paying Hi Retail for this truck i felt i was misled on its "proper on site evaluation". I suggested to Mr Easton after delivery and his total denial of missing the crease (wich he denied)that, he ought to see a optometrist Or Say a Act of contrition For misleading A senior who evidently has way better eyesight then He. Not a Happy Camper with Reynolds Ford. Waiting for a Reply from higher management with no response as yet. I would be glad to Re write a proper Rating If someone helps me to resolve the issue. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've bought many cars. There was no jacking around, we took two cars out on long test drives, Adam wanted to make sure we chose the right one. No pressure what so ever, none of the usual antics, and since the car was really for my wife I especially appreciated the way Adam took a lot of time going over the features of the car with my wife, he made sure she understood the nav system, radio, phone link, etc., before we left. This is the kind of guy you want if you're his boss, or his customer, he is top notch. All of the people we ran into there were nice, helpful, and courteous. Steve Adams was very helpful in a special way, even Joe Galindo in the back, the one that takes all your money, we had a good time with him. If you need a car, see if these people have what you want, you will not be disappointed with the way they do business. More
Fantastic experience I cannot say enough nice things about Martin and the other folks at Reynolds who helped my husband and I purchase our truck. Martin went above and beyond to accommodate our every concern and ensure that we left as happy as we could possibly be with our purchase. He was patient and honest with us through every step. He even bought us dinner since we were at the dealership during dinner time! I would send anyone to do business with Reynolds in general, but especially Martin. Sean helped get us through the financing process as quickly and easily as possible. He was honest with us and helped us come to an agreement that we could all be comfortable with. Also, Jeff (I believe) made sure we were supplied with as much coffee and help as needed when Martin was working with other customers. Further, every other dealership that I spoke with before doing business with Reynolds said that if we were not going to do business with them, Reynolds is who they would trust–that says a lot! Thanks for restoring our faith in car dealerships. We will absolutely be going to them for any future purchases. Would give more stars if I could. More

Salesman Jeff Tullius has sold my husband and me at least 3 of our last 4 new vehicles. He is always so helpful and wants to find the right vehicle to meet our needs. The most recent purchase I made was to r 3 of our last 4 new vehicles. He is always so helpful and wants to find the right vehicle to meet our needs. The most recent purchase I made was to replace a car that was totaled as the result of an accident. Joe Galindo was also most helpful in getting through the insurance and finance paperwork. Was sold a lemon from them. Was told car was inspected by them and everything was in good shape and no problems. They cleaned the engine to hide gasket leaks. Would not recommend. Tyler, Doug, Franco, and Mike were all great to work with! At the end of the day we walked out with exactly what we wanted and a vehicle that more than exceeded our expectations. Even Mr. Daniels himself took the time out to go get a teddy bear and hand it to my 2 year old son to keep him happy and entertained throughout the process.
