Luck would have it when I was on my way to the dealership from Pennsylvania to Oklahoma and on to Texas, they were about to experience severe weather. Ricky assured me that my truck would be safe and was inside. Once arriving we did the paperwork and it was quick and easy, and even less time in the finance office.
