Good, quick service. Everything went well with my buying experience at this dealership. The sales person that was helping me was Zach Wilson. He was an exceptional salesman, very polite and transparent on what was going on with the vehicle deal. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was purchasing was already priced below market so there wasn’t any wiggle room on the price. Normally I would have just left but I had done my research and I knew that there was nothing within 200 miles that was a better deal. The only issue with the truck was a missing plastic trim piece on the roof that I asked if they would replace and was told no. The price of the part was $100. I thought that maybe since I was spending almost $30,000 that the dealership would at least do that Since there was no room for negotiation on the price. Overall I am happy with the buying experience but wish The dealership would have been able to work with me on something. More

Not What I Thought!!! I had the recent opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Hudiburg Chevrolet and at the time was very pleased and happy with the experience and gave the I had the recent opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Hudiburg Chevrolet and at the time was very pleased and happy with the experience and gave them an excellent review on Dealer Rater. However going forward I will make sure EVERYONE I talk to knows that it is not all it seems! After agreeing on a price and payment terms, I was later told , after taking the vehicle home, that the financing agreed upon was not doable and if I would not agree to the new terms the transaction would be cancelled and the vehicle would have to be returned, which probably could have all been prevented if a phone call would have originallly been made to the main finance office in the beginning. I mentioned in my original post that they were honest but I would have rather honestly known in the beginning that this is how this dealership intends to sale vehicles. Back door, customers into purchases rather than being upfront and trustworthy enough to take them at their word! At the end of the day I'm the sucker and the dealership got what they intended too but I hope know one else has to go through the same experience I did and definetely will not be reccommending Hudiburg Chevrolet to anyone in the future! More
