I haven't had a pushy sales person at hudiburg chevrolet so far and I'm on car number 3 from them. This time I was in an accident and left without a car. I couldn't get in touch with the other driver's insu so far and I'm on car number 3 from them. This time I was in an accident and left without a car. I couldn't get in touch with the other driver's insurance for a rental and they worked with me to allow me to bring in the down-payment by the end of the month since I had filed a claim with my own insurance. I would definitely recommend checking out cars at hudiburg chevrolet. More
Kayla was extremely helpful when my husband and I were looking for a new truck. The first truck they brought out for me to check out wasn’t a good fit for me but Kayla was able to find another one that wa looking for a new truck. Some light damage on the interior and exterior of vehicle wasn’t brought up before going to see it, but I’m pretty happy with it overall. Edit: After 6 days of having the car, I have to say I'm very disappointed with this dealership and their team. I should have looked over every single inch of the car before buying it because I keep discovering things that are wrong with it or shoddily "repaired". There are a number of dents and a few scrapes on the car, which I noticed at the dealership, and was promised a $200 check to cover dent removal. However, the estimates I've received locally for dent removal put the cost over $600, without any paint touch up, which this car requires. Additionally, the car came from the factory with a blue stripe around each wheel, which the previous owner attempted to black-out. The dealership brought in a guy to redo the paint on the wheels, but it's one of the worst paint jobs I've ever seen. He only painted the outside of the wheel, not the inside, and left drip marks and splotches all over. There are also visible white patches where the balancing weights used to be. Furthermore, I had to take the car in for service today because one of the brakes was incorrectly installed and had begun to rub on the brake disc, producing an awful scraping sound. This cost me another $100. Moving from the exterior to the interior, there was clearly a lack of cleaning inside of the car. There was (and still is) grease on the carpet and headliner, as well as a massive amount of crumbs, including a pen and several Fritos chips underneath the seat in a location I am unable to reach with a vacuum. This is absolutely unacceptable and leads me to believe this dealership put in the minimal amount of effort to get the car ready for me. The dealership won't work with me to compensate me for these extra costs. I understand they won't help with the cosmetic issues because I bought the car, so it's my problem now, but the failure to provide any information about the physical condition of the car is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this dealership. More
