I would like someone to call me about this dealer. I have never been treated this way in my life. I came to this dealer ready to buy a 2024 chevy trax that I was invit come down and see from them afte I have never been treated this way in my life. Me and my wife travel 3 hours total to get this vehicle and as we arrive they tell us that they sold the vehicle to another customer. I ask the dealer to call me the next day about getting another vehicle and for it to be the exact same style model and condition. And they did, however they would not let me purchase it without buying the dealer add ons. The 1st vehicle was $25,520 with no add ons. The 2nd vehicle was $23,445. They dont have the 2nd vehicle there at the facility and wont recieve it until the 7th of september and on the sticker they have $595 for tint, $1995 for paint protection film, and $1995 for diamond ceramic coating. They state that this can not be removed from the invoice which is a lie. I had a check written for $25,000 which is cost of the vehicle and Confidence Chevrolet would like me pay for their product because I refused to purchase/want the dealers add on. This could be called alot of things but I'll let yall decide. Its awful to have the money to pay for something in full and be told no. Shameful. Duane Rapier Sr is the person who started the whole transaction over the phone with my wife and invited us down. Wayne Naraine is the person who denied selling me a vehicle when i had payment in full because I wouldnt buy the dealer add ons. More
