They keep a clean facility with nice waiting room with coffee and waters for customers. I prefer to sit and wait in the new car showroom during my stay. Unlike other places, they do not page you that our vehicle is ready, your service manager personally comes to get you to inform you of your service and any problems that may have been discovered. On May 24, I purchased a new 2024 Chevy equinox. On May 27, I brought it back in letting them know about noise that occurred when I unlock the doors. They had me bring my car back on June 3 when a l On May 27, I brought it back in letting them know about noise that occurred when I unlock the doors. They had me bring my car back on June 3 when a loaner was available. They’ve went back-and-forth whether or not the noise is what I have been told by two other mechanics or whether the noise is the fuel pump I got a call on June 6 saying that they had figured out it was in fact the door locks that they were raising a ticket with GM to get tech specs so that they can work on the car. June 11 I got a call back saying never mind we’ve decided it is just a fuel pump even though they had confirmed that no other vehicles on the lot makes the noise and they’ve asked me to come get my vehicle. At this point, I’ve been advised to take it to another dealership. Chevrolet has been involved, but the dealership is unwilling to listen to the actual issue because it does take several hours for the car to be locked to make the noise and even though they’ve confirmed it does make the noise and the noise is not normal now they’re saying the opposite. This is the first car I’ve purchased in 13 years and this is honestly honestly been a horrible experience. More
