Concordville Subaru - Service Center

After purchasing our Subaru Ascent this past November, we had it in for service for the first time a couple of days ago. We had purchased a service plan so gave the coupon book to the man at the counter. He had it in for service for the first time a couple of days ago. I waited in the customer lounge and was pleasantly surprised that in less than an hour the car was not only ready but also washed! It was an all around good experience and we are very happy with both the service and our new Ascent! More

No wait time, spoke with the service department, they graciously answered my questions, called me when they were finished and again no wait time, not that waiting is a bad thing. But absolutely the beat service department I have ever dealt with in the almost 30 years I have had cars.. Courteous efficient and knowledgeable.
