My first time at Concordville Subaru, and won’t be the last! I had some car troubles last weekend and talked to Melissa, who was incredibly friendly and really paid attention to my dilemma. She assured me that my car (2016 Crosstrek) was in good hands, and would be able to be seen on Monday. I had it towed to the dealership and she let me know when it had arrived. Melissa continued to stay in touch with me and provide updates for the entire time my car was there. Excellent service and communication! My car was seen and ready for pickup by Monday afternoon, the fastest service I’ve ever experienced with a garage or dealership. Melissa was an excellent point of contact the entire time. I picked up my car on Tuesday afternoon, and the gentleman who helped me check out was very kind and attentive as well. This dealership has treated me with fairness and respect as long as I've been taking it to them I bought new in Colorado - aka "The land of Subarus." I had been using a small shop because I have had such poor experiences with Subaru dealerships in Colorado and Pennsylvania but needed a complex fix that the smaller shop kept screwing up.
