The service shop at Concordville Subaru rocks! I brought my car in for an oil change, it was waaaaay overdue, they changed the oil and did not honestly said that was all the car needed. There were several d my car in for an oil change, it was waaaaay overdue, they changed the oil and did not honestly said that was all the car needed. There were several dashboard lights on. They could've said this or that but they didn't. Something might show up later but for now all is well. Thanks Ken! More

Always friendly & professional. Was in & out quickly. They did turn off my headlights & I had to reset my main screen which was a pain in the neck. Subaru needs to make it easier to quickly go thru scre They did turn off my headlights & I had to reset my main screen which was a pain in the neck. Subaru needs to make it easier to quickly go thru screen settings. Also had my cabin filter replaced because they showed me how dirty it was. Thought that could have been cheaper. More

This was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. The vehicle was ready for test drive. Within 5 minutes I’m out on the road dri purchasing a vehicle. I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. The vehicle was ready for test drive. Within 5 minutes I’m out on the road driving the vehicle. In the mean time my personal vehicle was quoted for trade in at a very reasonable price. The price of the vehicle I wanted to purchase was at market value. Within 3 hours I was out of the dealership with my new car. Sales, finance and management were on top of it. Easy to be around. And overall I was very pleased with my experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone else looking for a vehicle. More
