I received two recall notices for my vehicle and scheduled to have one item repaired after being told that a replacement part would have to be ordered for the second recall. I took my car to the dealership expecting to have the first item repaired and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they were able to complete both of the recall items! I have always had a positive experience but this last trip went well except I paid over $300.00 for car to be detailed inside and out. Everything looked great except it did not look like driver and front passenger mats were taken out and rug underneath cleaned. The mats were wiped but still had white marks from salt in winter. My service rep was great and everything was done in a very prompt manner. I am still waiting to be called back in for recall I received in June. I really do give this dealership as many stars it takes for an excellent rating. Thank you More
