John the technician kept me frequently updated on the progress of my repair. He was very professional and communicated well. He secured a loaner car for me as to not inconvenience me. I bought the new SUV that Subaru just brought to market, and unfortunately the car has a lot of bugs. Roof leaks that they can't really fix, and a problem with the gas tank, which had to be replaced. I travel extensively for business, and while this dealership is good at fitting you in, the other dealers ( I think because they are individually owned) aren't as supportive of warranty repairs. I also had the deal changed when I leased the car, which was very aggravating. So while I love the Subaru ads, I don't think I will go back to Subaru and if I did, I certainly wouldn't go for a new model. More
