Once I submitted the quotation request through Nissan's official webpage, the sales guy: Neal contacted me and made an appointment to visit and see their available cars, he gave me good options and detaile official webpage, the sales guy: Neal contacted me and made an appointment to visit and see their available cars, he gave me good options and detailed information about each car, then I could choose the best car smoothly. Actually, it was so quick to get the car once I made choice. Appreciate his/their help. More

ordered a new frontier on Saturday, they don’t have it in stock, they said need to get it from another dealer, so I will just wait for it arrived, then they called me on Wednesday and they have my truck, in stock, they said need to get it from another dealer, so I will just wait for it arrived, then they called me on Wednesday and they have my truck, went to pick up the truck and found out it has 400 plus miles on it, who would want to buy a brand new truck with 400 miles on it? They said they need to pick it up from another dealer which is I already know but didn’t expect they will just drive something that you order for 7 hours and 400 plus miles from another dealer , and they should have use a tow truck bring the new car over to the customer, and they never mention that before I order it which is not acceptable and the sale man and manager give me an rude attitude about my complaints. More
