Average/typical experience with a car dealership. I asked for a couple of small items to be done before picking up the vehicle. Salesman said they were done, they were not done. Service center failed to properly diagnose my vehicle, failed to properly fix a warranty issue, and I was told by the service manage who told me he is a 25 year master technician, there was no noise or is failed to properly fix a warranty issue, and I was told by the service manage who told me he is a 25 year master technician, there was no noise or issue with vehicle. My vehicle was taken to another dealership who in less than 4 hours heard the noise and found my rear differential to have an internal failure (warranty) I was treated with disrespect and charged for services that were not necessary. The service center is terrible and is run by an incompetent “master technician”. The also refuse to refund me for diagnoses that were not the issue. They also refuse to call me back to discuss this matter. Multiple messages were left with the service manager ( JC) as well as the dealership owner (PL). Formal complaint was filed with Nissan-USA corporate office VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF, MANAGEMENT, and OWNERSHIP. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR. More
