On 9/25/23 I purchased a new 2023 Versa at Concordville Nissan. They changed the sales quote on me midstream not once, but twice, during the shopping and purchasing experience, costing me quite a bit of ex Nissan. They changed the sales quote on me midstream not once, but twice, during the shopping and purchasing experience, costing me quite a bit of extra money in the end. In both cases, they blamed it on "honest mistakes," but even if that is the case they made ZERO effort to meet me halfway on the discrepancies. Everyone seemed to blame someone else for the trouble, but couldn't even identify who those people were (e.g., who posts the sale prices on their website or which manager produced the final quote for the balance payment). The left hand conveniently never knew what the right hand was doing, and both ended up slapping this customer in the face. Pretty disheartening. More
