I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the dealership. Everybody was great, friendly and experienced. Overall I was satisfied with the selection and service from the sales team. I do have a couple of issues that I think should have been taken care of before the sale. When the papers were signed there wa from the sales team. I do have a couple of issues that I think should have been taken care of before the sale. When the papers were signed there was only one set of keys given to me. I did speak to Moe and he assured me that another set would be provided. A couple of other things that I feel should have been taken care of was the front cup holder has the center divider missing( I have one on order with parts) and the final thing I picked up the car at the very end of June and just Friday realized that the inspection is due in July. I feel that this should have been taken care of and not make me take time off from work to get it done. Thank You More

The is the very first time we went to this dealer. Our decision was based on how many Subaru's they had which was impressive. Rem came up and ask us if we needed help and set about giving a review of the all models we were interested in purchasing. His knowledge of the various models and options impressed us.The experince was fantastic with his sales ability. We were able to get what value we expected from our trade in when we started the negotiation . We feel confident we got a great deal with the Subaru we bought; the 2013 Outback Limited Subaru. I ask for low mileage new car and the car had less then 7 miles on the odometer. My husband ask for silver and we got the color we wanted without waiting. We picked the options on the car we wanted and Rem noted all and continued to help our purchase. It is such a great feeling to purchase what you want without pressure to purchase unwanted items. At no time did we feel pressured by Rem to buy something we didn't want, it was our choice all the way. Rem sat in the car with us and explained all the all the options in the car and helped demonstrate during our test drive. When all the paperwork was completed Rem showed us the car again and reviewed how to use all the options. We reviewed levels checks under the hood. The attention to detail was impressive. The car we traded had a country radio station and when we started the new car the radio was set to the same station. After the sale it felt like a friend helping us get what we wanted without high pressure sales where they want you to buy a car you truly don't want. I would highly recommend this dealership and Rem as the sales person! More

I wasn't planning to buy a new car the day I wandered into the showroom. But, having heard that the Subaru was a great car, I wanted to take a look while I was waiting for my nearly 6 year old Versa to b into the showroom. But, having heard that the Subaru was a great car, I wanted to take a look while I was waiting for my nearly 6 year old Versa to be serviced next door. I was approached by a very nice mild-mannered young man named Patrick. He willingly obliged me, and took me out on the road in a couple of vehicles. I told him I wasn't going to buy a new car unless I got a good deal. When I learned that they had 0% financing and they would give me the trade-in allowance I asked for...Well, I got the good deal rather quickly without much hassle. I got Customer Service from a friendly salesperson who got me a great price! And, I have a new car that I love!!! More
