When I first set foot onto the used car lot of this dealership, I was almost immediately greeted by the very friendly and outgoing Zachary Miller. He was very patient with me while I test drove a few vehicles and made my decision as to what I wanted. I was very fortunate to step into a 2007 Honda Civic Si, which I quickly fell in love with and I knew it was the car for me. Zachary made all of the paperwork as painless as possible, and kept me entertained during the brief periods of time when I had to wait for something. Another reason that this dealership appealed to me so much was that they were willing to work with me. I'm in the military and unfortunately at the time I was car shopping, I was soon getting ready to leave for my permanent duty station halfway across the country. Concordville Nissan and Subaru was willing to find a way to ship my vehicle for me so that I could still get what I wanted. Some dealerships would have told me to walk, but the staff here was so much better than that. Nice experience. Just a couple of things; the rear sonar doesn't work, the low tire pressure icon is still showing on the dashboard. I need these problems addressed as soon as possible. After finding this dealership through online searches my girlfriend and I decided to visit and see their inventory. As we got out of the car we were met by Farid instantly wanting to help us. He was kind, courteous, and didn't try to 'sell' us a car, he simply showed us what we described we wanted and answered the questions. The dealership was very busy, and we waited for a significant time, which was understandable considering the volume of customers. However, what made the wait so much easier was Farid talked with us the entire time we waited, and entertained our two children as well. We didn't expect to drive away with a new car, but thanks to the excellent work of Farid, and the friendly, family-like atmosphere of the dealership we knew it was the right place to buy from. We would recommend it to families with children as the staff is very accepting of involving kids in the car buying process. Once my choice was made, the salesman, Don Jacobs, explained the financial aspects and gave comprehensive descriptions of the cars features. After a test drive, Don provided a front to back demonstration of the features and answered all questions. Margot Lilly provided an excellent low pressure description of extra coverages that are offered by the company. Because I prefer this low key approach, I actually gave consideration to the proposed programs and purchased a mid-ranged one. The car was prepared and ready as promised. I was disappointed that floor mats were on back order and were on not expected for three to four weeks, so I am delighted to say that Don went out of his way to find a set for me. He called the next day to report that there was a set in the showroom waiting for me. I commend that kind of service. The following week, I brought my car back to the service department to have the treatment I had purchased applied. I was equally impressed with the professionalism and service that I received there. They were waiting for me when I arrived, answered the questions I had, offered me a loaner car, and called at the time the car was promised. I was treated as a guest and everyone was respectful and cared about making things right for me. I will highly recommend this dealership, and Don and Melissa in particular, to all of my friends.
