BUYER BEWARE. DON'T BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER. In July 2013 I searched online for a car for my wife. Found a BMW convertible at this dealer which she liked. Since we live in Ohio, I called and talked to Chris regarding the condition of the car. He told me it was in perfect condition both mechanically and cosmetically, except for a tear in the drivers front seat which was repairable. I checked here at home and was told I could replace the leather on the drivers seat for $550. My wife and I flew from Cleveland to Philadelphia, rented a car, and drove to the dealership expecting to drive this car home and expecting to repair the seat in Ohio. On arrival we were met my Chris who immediately turned us over to Remington who took us to the car. On walk around we found the drivers side had been keyed from front to back, the left side of bumper was hanging loose, there were deep scratches in the right front bumper, and scratch marks on passenger door. This was THE PERFECT CAR. Remington said "oh, I had never seen it". However, being the good USED CAR salesman, he said no sweat we can fix it by Monday. In talking about the seat I said no problem, I can get it replaced in Ohio for $550. He said I can get it done for $450 here on Monday morning. After dickering, I agreed to pay half of the new seat. Price was agreed upon so I filled out and signed to buy the car. STUPID!!!! I believed a USED CAR salesman and know better. So much for driving it home Friday!!! So Friday,Saturday, and Sunday nights in a motel with associated meal costs. By 1300 Monday no call from Remington so I called him and asked the status. Seat is done and we're just finishing up other stuff. We went to agency and Remington said just about done. Reminded him we had to be home by midnight - no problem be ready soon. At 1700 (4 hrs later) the car was brought out. On inspection, the bumper was still loose, scratches still on right bumper, key mark still there (couldn't buff it out), and the front seat had been PATCHED not REPLACED. So there we are after a weekend of expenses, having to be back in central Ohio by midnight, and having PAID for the car. No choice - take it as is and we did. As of now not sure how much extra agency got out of us, probably $500, but good guy Remington did buy us a full tank of fuel. On drive home windshield washer did not work and upon arriving home the PATCHED front seat already had a 3" tear where it had been repaired. I'm sure agency will have rebuttal to this but above is FACT. BEWARE,BEWARE,BEWARE. More

Marq and Ryan worked diligently to find financing for me since I have probably the lowest credit rating they have seen in a long time, if ever!! Since I am the only driver in my house, I needed a dependable since I have probably the lowest credit rating they have seen in a long time, if ever!! Marq and Ryan went above and beyond to make that happen and I don't think they realize how appreciative I am! I am definitely recommending your dealership to anyone I know that needs a car. To be able to walk into a car dealership and be able to communicate what I want and need in a vehicle and not get the runaround is quite honestly amazing. I find daily customer service is a lost art. I bought my last car there and continued to have my car serviced there and I never walk in to the dealership without being greeted ,and for the salesman and others I have met there treated like a friend. I recommend this dealership highly to anyone buying a car. More
I recently purchased a 2013 Quest SV with Amit. Van was excellent expected no power lift gate. I was able to trade it back for a 2013 Quest SL with John Shields as my sales person. Upon entering, Moe, the sales manager, greeted us with a smile and and a handshake, and then even recognized me from having my previous car serviced there (which I did not purchase there). He directed us to John, who listened to exactly what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. Long story short, they were both very patient with us as we deliberated on whether or not we really want to make the leap to a new vehicle, and it really was much deliberation because we were attached to our car...but it was time. They let us make up our own minds with minimal interruption, and for that we truly appreciate their professionalism and their overall service. In the end we did get not only what we wanted, but what we needed as well. More
We walked around the used car lot for about 20 minutes before any asked if we needed help. When we asked to test drive a car it took another 29 minutes to get the keys because the system was down. However while we were in the showroom discussing rates, one of the managers started yelling very loudly to one of the employees. He was too loud and very obnoxious. It put a damper on the excitement of getting a new car. The same manager later in the evening started ranting again. I was uncomfortable being there. If I hadn't been so close to finalizing the deal I would have walked out. Also, I was quoted one percentage rate for financing but got a different rate. I felt if you can't guarantee a rate don't quote it. More
