Concordville Nissan DOES CARE! They went above and beyond to help me find the car that I was after. Other dealerships in the area either ignored me or were attempting bait and switch techniques to get me in to help me find the car that I was after. Other dealerships in the area either ignored me or were attempting bait and switch techniques to get me in the door. Concordville Nissan went out of their way to make my experience a good one. I have been buying cars for over 15 years now and this is BY FAR the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had purchasing a car. They did not try to haggle or up-sell me on another car, they LISTENED to what I wanted and worked towards getting me exactly what I was after rather than push me in another direction which seems to be status quo for other dealerships. I literally drove past 3 Nissan dealers in my area to get to Concordville Nissan because from the minute I contacted them via email until I left with the car, I was treated with respect and honesty. Concordville Nissan has changed my outlook (which was negative) on the car buying experience. I really can't say enough good things. Great job Concordville Nissan, you have earned a lifetime customer. More

I purchased a used car here in November 2011. As spring arrived, it became apparent that I had been sold a car with a broken air conditioner. When I called to work it out I was shuffled over and over betwe arrived, it became apparent that I had been sold a car with a broken air conditioner. When I called to work it out I was shuffled over and over between staff members & never given an answer. The service department could not produce a compressor reading from when they guaranteed the car was in working order and admitted that "the guy who checked it out probably just turned on the A/C and it blew cold.." (in November, of course it did...). Once I was finally told to deal with the General Manager he refused to even try to return any of the 7 calls placed to him by me and my family. I am now saddled with the bill for a new A/C compressor on my 2007 hybrid car. I have tried every possible means of compromise and friendly resolution to no avail and to my detriment. More

Ed (mgr) and his staff are such down to earth, real people, you truly feel like your working w unquestionably the best we have ever had buying a car. Ed (mgr) and his staff are such down to earth, real people, you truly feel like your working with a partner. No pressure sales approach, very honest and informative on features, but were also extremely competive on price versus the other dealers we dealt with. I wish I could somehow prove to others reading this review that we have no relationship with the people at this dealership other than the fact we are now customers. Very satisfied customers. All I can say is talk to them. More
