By far the worst customer service by 'managers' WARNING the worst car dealership experience EVER! After dealing with Concordville Nissan with purchasing a vehicle for our small business back in WARNING the worst car dealership experience EVER! After dealing with Concordville Nissan with purchasing a vehicle for our small business back in July of 2014, I'm still in disbelieve of what happened. Dealing with Perhaps the worst customer service from "managers" I've ever seen. My husband and I purchased a NV2500 for his company after he was in a car accident and needed a vehicle immediately for work. We called Concordville Nissan with the exact vehicle we needed, found on truecar.com, and we're told it was there. After driving almost an hour we get there, and to our surprise it's not there. It felt like a bait and switch, but I don't want to throw that out there. They talk us into a high top NV2500 which we were obviously weary about but they assured us the other one we originally wanted would take days to get in. This model was a 2013, a year older and more expensive than the 2014 low top we were told was available at the Concordville location. Since my husband NEEDED to work we took the high top. Issue number two comes along when we were told we could bring the vehicle back and within a day have the shelving installed that we paid for. We returned the car and asked about swapping it out with a low top van since the clearance issues at my husbands company were a huge issue. They said it was 'doable' but after hearing their details we found it was not a 'swap' but a trade in, losing us almost $8,000. We told them to forget it and put the shelves in our van and well be back to pick it up the next day. That did not happen, we went a week without a vehicle for work. That week we called and left countless messages to Ryan Gilroy and Chuck marlin. When I eventually reached Chuck marlin he was VERY rude from hello. Myself being a high risk now 9 month pregnant woman, on limited bed rest with a two year old, I was honestly a little emotional. I was trying to get information on my husbands vehicle while he was working and no one was helping much. Just telling me different things or sending me to their voice mails. I tried to explain to him how much money we're losing everyday not having this van for now six days and he was raising his voice and yelling at me in a very rude manner. As if I were a nuisance. After my husband took the phone from me because he could hear him yelling at me through the line he was also very rude and childish to him. Even told him he was recording the conversation (which is illegal without consent) and claimed after we would give him bad reviews, that he would just tell everyone we were mad at the company because we picked the wrong vehicle (high top) and no one would believe us. Which isn't entirely true, we needed the car back. Yes we were angry they talked us into the one we didn't want with the enticement that we could have it right away, only to have it sit there for again, 6 days waiting on shelves. They offered to drop it off to us with a free oil change, but honestly after the way Chuck spoke to us we don't find him the most trustworthy person. My final issue is getting our warranty check returned to us after we ended up selling the vehicle since it did not work for us. I struggled leaving messages for a month, was told it was underway and would take a month to receive. After waiting the 30 days and leaving more unreturned messages I called the warranty company who informed me it was never canceled and still active. Great they lied again!! Another couple weeks later I have received the returned payment of the warranty and look forward to never dealing with these people EVER again!! Since July we've bought two other vehicles from Nissan of Devon and were grateful that they actually treated us like not only important customers, but human beings. I just would like People to know how concordville Nissan's managers are treating customers, after papers are signed. More
Love my new Nissan Murano!! I was looking for a new SUV and took a co-worker's recommendation to check out Concordille Nissan. My salesperson Brianna was awesome. She made me fee I was looking for a new SUV and took a co-worker's recommendation to check out Concordille Nissan. My salesperson Brianna was awesome. She made me feel totally comfortable. No pressure, no hard sell. Just plenty of good information. Test drove it and knew it was the car for me. Got me in the car for a price I could afford. Great follow up from Brianna just 2 days later to make sure I was happy. Wonderful experience. Stop in and ask for her!! Joanne More

Dave Swayze was helpful and patient, as I wasn't sure which model I wanted. When I decided on the Outback, the trim level and color I wanted was not in stock. Moe found one out-of-state and sent someone to pick it up on July 4th weekend. I have dealt with many dealerships through the years; now that I've found Concordville I don't think I'd go anywhere else. More

Shane was very friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. With the help of Ryan Gilroy, Sales Manager, we were able to work a deal. I never felt rushed or pressured. This dealership is concerned about the overall experience their customers have. You will not be disappointed. More

He listened to what I was interested in, we went offsite to see the one vehicle which fit my ideas of what I wanted, and when I was so off the mark, we went back, sat down and discussed what I was really looking for. He kept in touch with me over the next couple days until I was able to come back in....for my 2015 Altima, fully loaded, much more than I was hoping for and much less than I expected to pay, he really worked to make it the perfect outcome for me. I would highly recommend Kevin and look forward to working with him again. More

We are not eaisly sold. Ryan Gilroy greeted us, found out what we were looking for and immediately called in Kevin Walsh to assess our specific individual needs. Kevin came up with the perfect car that was fully loaded, met our every wish and whim that was extremely affordable and fit right into our budget. The trade in value we recieved for our 2010 vehicle was fair and equitable. The vehicle that they had to relocate from a dealer out of state far exceeded our expectations from all the blue tooth wifi options, navigation, camera, new systems features ( around view , sport mode, BSW, LDW, FCW, HSA, and HDC. Any obstacle that we faced during our purchase process was addressed and corrected which showed the care and concern for our expectations by every individual we encountered through this process. This dealership from the bottom up and top down are committed to their customer satisfaction. Chuck Marlin ensured that our purchase experience was superior and Scott W. made the finacing thru Nissan a non-painful experience. I am an intelligent informed buyer and I just purchased my first Subaru and want to thank Jill Quale, Sales, and Moe Laraki, General Manager, I know it will not be my last purchase at Concordville. They provided the guidance and expertise to help me decide on a Forester and then proceeded to get me the color/model I wanted, although it was so hard to get as they are in such high demand. It seemed effortless and the deal was excellent despite the shortage of inventory. Moe is a hands on manager that has a sincerity that is rarely found at car dealerships these days. Jill is frank and won't steer you in the wrong direction. She works hard to answer every question and believe me I had plenty. I highly recommend this dealership, No fear of pressure or sweet talking here. And the numbers speak for themselves. I'll be honest my credit is garbage and only because I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy 5 years ago. I'm in the process of getting discharged and knew no one would touch me with a ten foot pool. So I did some research and applied online to auto credit express. They accepted my application and then sent it to a data base where Concordville Nissan picked it up. They called me right away and reassured me they could help me get a car. In my mind I'm saying to myself I'm going to be wasting my time maybe I just needed to go to a buy here pay here (which I've never done before). I decided to hear them out and meet with Marq Taylor on 7/5/14. This man is the TRUTH, he kept it real and honest which you don't see in dealerships these days. Based on my bankruptcy requirements he was able to get my into a car for the amount I expected to pay which was beyond my expectations. I thought I was going to be placed in a whole sale high mileage car and he got me into a 2008 Nissan Rouge fully loaded with 54k miles which was a returned lease. I honestly couldn't believe it and even through the process I was still in doubt as I knew something would happen to prevent this deal from going through. Let me tell you that I was fretting over nothing, I was approved the same day. It was a long process and I was there for a long time but this man worked to make this deal happen. He never gave up and made sure I didn't either. I'm truly blown away by the exceptional service I received, never in my life have I seen a car dealership car about their customers they way they do. Good, credit, bad credit, no credit you're treated as equals and one person is better than the other. The general sales manager Ryan Eckberg made sure I was satisfied, acknowledge me, my husband and my five year old. I felt important again and was pleased with everyone's service. Marq answered all my questions, made sure the vehicle was detailed and serviced before I took the vehicle off the lot. I even enjoyed his interaction with my son and feeding him pizza when he was hungry. I will definitely be coming back when the time comes to get another new car, they have a customer for life. After hearing what a great expe I was recently told by a friend of mine how great her experience was at Concorville Nissan and with her salesman Eric. After hearing what a great experience she had I decided to take a trip there and see for myself. I knew before hand that my 2013 Sentra was still pretty much brand new and there was still a lot owed on it.... I knew getting into a newer car would be a task as I was "upside down". But Eric and Chuck were both very patient, understanding and professional! A few hours later my spouse and I both walked out with brand new 2014 Nissan Altimas that we absolutely love ! They managed to keep our payments right around the same number I was at, and at the same time my insurance cost dropped so in the end I'm saving money! They were both a pleasure to work with. From what I understand, Eric is new but that didn't stop him. He was such a pleasure to work with and was able to answer any questions that were fired at him. I will most defiantly be sharing my story with others and would purchase from here again in a heartbeat ! Thank you ! More
