GoeffreyTownsend, our sales person, was very attentive, caring and answered every question, concerning all of our detailed questions about the vehicle we were considering purchasing. He was also very patient in explaining all the features of our new vehicle. We arrived at the dealership, fully intent on bying a pre owned vehicle. Because of him, we left purchasing a 2014 Subaru Forester. We are so pleased with the whole experience. Len was very easy to work with. His was not a "hard sell" and I appreciated that he answered all of my questions in a straight-forward manner. He was friendly and courteous. He was knowledgeable and told me all that I wanted to know and a bit more that I didn't realize that I needed to know. The offer was very fair and it was a straight-forward sales process. I didn't feel that I was being "gamed" as I have at other dealerships. I had fully intended to spend the better part of a week shopping for vehicles, including shopping over the internet. I had done some homework and had a good idea as to what would be a fair and reasonable price. Because of the Subaru reputation, my prior experiences with the dealership, the win-win approach in making the offer and especially because of Len's approach I ended up accepting the first offer at the only dealership I visited. I felt I saved a lot of time and ended up with a good vehicle at a good price point. I would highly recommend Len and Concordville to others and am looking forward to a long and satisfying relationship with the dealership. More

Rem was easy going, friendly, and gave no pressure when attempting to sell the car. We concluded on a great deal, but it took way too long after the deal was agreed upon (a few hours) until I was allowed t attempting to sell the car. I was pleased with my recent experience at the Concordville Subaru Dealership. This was not my first experience with it. In 2005, I purchased a 2006 Impreza Outback from this same dealer. This time, I traded in the '06 for a 2014 Impreza 4-door sedan. I did not feel pressured by the salesman, mentioned above, and he accomodated my request for a test-drive. All in all, I was pleased with the whole experience. More

I have purchased over 10 vehicles in my lifetime and honestly have to say this was the best experience! The staff were very friendly, Len was great to work with and the thing I liked the most was we agr honestly have to say this was the best experience! The dealer knew what they could offer and I knew where I needed to be to be able to make the purchase. With other dealers I have visited over the years and even recently in looking for the Crosstrek there was alot of back and forth and wasting several hours haggling over price only to walk away. In those situations I never visited the dealer ever again, even years later. All of the staff I came in contact with at Concordville were very respectful and friendly. Because of this I will have all of my service done at your dealer. You have earned a customer for the entire time I own a Subaru. I'm sure I will be a happy owner which ultimately will make me visit the sales department some years down the road when I purchase another vehicle. Please share this with your staff. From start to finish the entire experience was great. We knew what we wanted and how much we thought we should pay. Moe recognized this and did away with any small talk.
