The guys were great!! I didn’t have an appointment but they service me anyway!! I was able to drop my car off, they called me a lyft to work and within a short amount of time, I was receiving the message they service me anyway!! My mother recently serviced her car on the beginning of June at this location. After the service she drove her vehicle to New York to visit family and friends. While driving the wheel came right off the ve June at this location. After the service she drove her vehicle to New York to visit family and friends. While driving the wheel came right off the vehicle, in the middle od traffic because the service person failed to put nuts back onto the wheel securely. It has been 2 days and the General Manager, Chuck DeSantis and he has reached out to her to get more details about this matter. More

The service guy didn't keep me posted. He told me it would take about an hour to 2 hours. He never came to update me and after 3 hours of waiting when I asked what took so long he had an attitude tellin would take about an hour to 2 hours. He never came to update me and after 3 hours of waiting when I asked what took so long he had an attitude telling me he didn't know what I wanted him to do since he is only 1 person. His attitude and customer service does not even warrant half a star. I did talk to the service manager who gave me a free service but which is fine to do I just don't know how many free services can be given to customers secondary to employee attitude. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the customer services even after being a customer for many years, I am exploring other places and wouldn't recommend. We were looking for a 2nd vehicle and the sales person would not listen to our needs, we had to walk out. Concerning for the customer service being provided.. subpar More
