Very courteous staff. Every time I have my car serviced the staff is very courteous and accommodating. I had to change my appt. time and they squeezed me in the next day. Easy, Fast and Outstanding Services I schedule my appointment online and when I arrived at 7:30am they were ready and waiting. Brought my car here for a 15,000 miles oil change and as a I schedule my appointment online and when I arrived at 7:30am they were ready and waiting. Brought my car here for a 15,000 miles oil change and as always an awesome services from everyone there. Rick Mckenzie greeted me with a smile right from the start. Then April Knabbe and Tim Hays took care of me until my car was done in less than 20 minutes. Gotta love the customer lounge that's full of doughnuts and hot coffee. Highly recommend this dealer. It's exactly what every customer expect to get when they go in for a service. As for the other dealer at Lake Norman, LOL they don't even come close. Courteous & Professional Customer Service I already had 2 types of used vehicles that I was considering: either a truck or a high gas mileage sedan in a very conservative price range. I was allowed to take my time selecting vehicles to test drive without any high pressure tactics to persuade me into a higher priced vehicle for which I was not interested. Once I made my purchase selection around 3pm, and came to terms with the price, down payment and financing, I took delivery of the vehicle in about 4 hours. This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased at Concord Toyota and my wife I will be coming back to purchase our next vehicle from them. Purchase of a new vehicle I came to Concord Toyota and Scion because I was researching out the Costco Auto purchase program. I was contacted immediately after my first inquiry I came to Concord Toyota and Scion because I was researching out the Costco Auto purchase program. I was contacted immediately after my first inquiry by Damon (internet sales manager). He asked me some pertinent questions of what I wanted; year, model, color etc. He wrote me back within a couple of hours with all the information I requested. He also provided me with a cost breakdown that included the Costco rebate. I had done my homework so I was educated in the amounts to expect. The quote was right on. We made an appointment and I completed my purchase. Damon was very professional and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend him and Concord Toyota Scion to friends and family members in the future.
