I came and picked up the car after a month and a half of waiting and the noise was still present but a lot worst and louder and was told by tony that it was part of the break in which was completely off also to find the tech broke my axles seal so it was leaking transmission fluid everyone along with leaving my control arm loose and they tied to charge me for a suspension noise diag. I waited a month then I brought my car in for the originally noise i came in for they finally fixed it but seems like the tech who put it back together did not assembly it correctly now the car does not like to go into first nor reserve on cold starts and was brought into the dealership for that problem and was told basically I was crazy and nothing was wrong (keep in mind I been driving this car for 2 years plus and this has never occurred until they took my transmission apart) and to keep driving it till the problems occurs more often which mean my warranty expire and they basically want me to buy a new transmission when it gets worst I called them about my car problems the service manger ignored me same along with the service advicer Tony ignored me for 3 weeks until I picked up the car which I had to talk to another advicer to get. Worst customer service and mechanical service ever would. I never recommend to get repairs done at such dishonest shop. They also quote on quote “aligned one of my family members car and that was by far one of the worst alignments I have ever seen or driven ended up having to realign the car myself at my own shop. I would never ever take my car here ever again I rather be stuck on the road then have my car taken here for service. Dishonest cheating lying people who just want your money forget concord Toyota. Makes me sick to my stomach with dishonest dealers and technicians like them. More

Latest service for car not starting Car had a major service 2 weeks ago. I was surprised on Monday morning that the car provided some diagnostic information messages when I tried to star Car had a major service 2 weeks ago. I was surprised on Monday morning that the car provided some diagnostic information messages when I tried to start it. Eventually it started after 6-10 tries. After that start I drove it for 1 minute, stopped engine and restarted engine with no problem. I drive it folr 5-10 minutes with no problems. I parked the car, stopped engine, restarted engine with no problem. After about 4 hours, the car failed to start on first try, 2nd try it started Ok. I went to dealer and left it overnight. On Tuesday, they called an said the battery needed replaced (starter battery for hybrid). We authorized the replacement battery. When we picked up the car we were given the "normal" service papers. One paper we could not read due to color ink levels in the printer. We had the same problem two weeks ago when we had the major service performed. My wife checked several prior service records and she noticed a lack of consistency if the data (i.e., air filters) that was noted. We also wondered why no comments appeared about the possible state of the battery since I was surprised that the battery died within 2 weeks of a major service with no comments about the state (capacity) of the battery. More

Fairly good service I was referred to Concord Toyota by a coworker and friend. She referred me to Robert Schoevaars. He was really helpful in finding my new used 2015 Corolla. However, when we went to talk to the Finance guy, Andy Garcha, he made an inappropriate joke that was racist and my husband and I didn't find it funny. My husband told him that he doesn't think it's nice to make fun of other races. When I went back another day, and I forgot my wallet at home he told me that he had nothing to talk to me about. He said that he called me back when my phone never showed his phone number as a missed call. Then he said I needed to change phone carriers. I was having an issue getting the money to him, but was trying to keep him updated. He told me that he wouldn't answer any more of my calls because I had his car and he didn't have the money for it. When I finally took Andy a cashier's check he was supposed to return my husband's check as it would've bounced. It was deposited and no longer at Concord Toyota. Supposedly he was going to repay the bounced check fee to my husband. More
Good workmanship but I question the amount of work I have a 2008 Highlander with 106,000 miles. I noted that there was a rattling sound coming from the drive belt assembly area. A neighbor of mine is a retired Toyota mechanic and he used a stethoscope-type device to isolate the sound. His diagnosis was that the tension pulley wheel bearings were failing. When I took it in to Concord Toyota for my appointment and have the sound diagnosed again, they stated it was the water pump. Now I have a quandary...who to believe. I also was going on a trip in a week and needed the car in safe driving condition. I could have said thanks, please do not do the work and then take it to a 3rd mechanic to get the problem diagnosed. But I opted for expediency, and had Toyota do the work. I got a call back an hour later, also telling me that the drive belt was showing signs of wear and tear and it should be replaced....sure, fix that, too. Upon picking up the car, I asked to speak with the customer service rep who checked me in. I waited quite a while but he never showed. You would think that for an expensive repair like this, that I would get more prompt service and information from the customer service rep. I would also expect that I should be shown the condition of the old drive belt as proof that the belt needed to be replaced. Regarding the tension pulley wheel, it looked like they either replaced it or adjusted it (though my mechanic friend said that it is a spring loaded assembly and cannot be tightened). The car performed normally on the trip, the following week, and there was no sound coming from the belt assembly area. So did I pay for extra work that was not needed at this time and were they honest in their diagnosis of my engine problem? This is the first time I have questioned the reliability of Toyota's diagnoses....not their work. One might consider this repair work to be pre-emptive, judging by the age of the car. I just question Toyota's honesty in dealing with me. More
