Dirty car with no gas? I purchased a 2018 VW atlas. My salesman Daniel was excellent, My financial manager was Andy, 5 star review for these folks. My used car was dirty, the inside had not been cleaned or vacuumed out. I spent so much time at the dealership, they had plenty of time to wash and clean it for me. The Gas tank was only half full. I had to haggle with the upper manager about how bad the tires were. One of the MAnagers was very rude to me, (I don't know his name.) The service manager Matt was AWESOME, he listened to me, he was very professional. If not for him, I would not of bought the SUV. So in all fairness, the one star rating was from the fact that my vehicle was dirty and had very poor tires on it. One bad apple that needs to be retrained on how to talk to customers. The folks I named here saved the purchase and should be recognized as excellent. I'm not so sure I would buy another vehicle here or recommend the dealership to anyone. More

Concord Toyat I bought a used Toyota Highlander 2018 several days ago and I wanted to double check the inspection given to me by the used car dealer. Concord Toyata perfromed a multi-point inspection that covered all the important areas needed to be reviewed. The staff was professional and friendly and they did not charge me for the service - which I was quite surprised to discover. I will happily bring my car back whenever it needs any service - knowing that the Concord dealership conducts itself with pride and is customer focused in it's dealings with the public. Service was good, but I brought my Prius in for a factory recall. It was very easy to make the appointment and one was available in just a couple days. I arrived a bit before the scheduled time and had to wait about 10 minutes to get checked in because many others were also dropping off their vehicles. The disappointing part was that I then had to wait a full hour before there was a shuttle to drop me off at my work site. On the other end though they picked me up within 10 minutes to bring me back to the dealership. More
