My experience at the dealership was quick, fast and easy. I got the car and deal I wanted!! Poor scheduling I was given an appt at 3:40 pm and was told it would be a 2 hour appt. When I arrived at 3:20pm they said they close at 5:00 pm so they would have to I was given an appt at 3:40 pm and was told it would be a 2 hour appt. When I arrived at 3:20pm they said they close at 5:00 pm so they would have to rush my car through. This did not make me feel comfortable that my car got the attention it needed. I was not in a hurry and did not need to come in that day. My service consultant Daric was great, it wasn't his fault. I do think whoever does the scheduling needs to consider closing time when making appointments. More
