They tried all the tricks. I arrived on time for my appointment, checked in at the front desk then waited outside. No one shows. After a while I asked at the desk, where is I arrived on time for my appointment, checked in at the front desk then waited outside. No one shows. After a while I asked at the desk, where is my sales person? First, the guy behind the desk says the the sales person was looking for me. Looking where? I was right out in front. Then someone else says to take a seat and relax - a known tactic to have me waste my time at their place so I don't visit too many other dealers. I waited more, still standing outside. Finally I went back to the sales desk, showed them my phone and said "If I don't see my sales person in ten minutes, I am out of here". I hear my sales person paged. Eight minutes later my sales guy shows, saying that he didn't know I was there. I said "I had heard you paged". Plus, how could he not know I was there if he was supposedly "looking for me" earlier? The run-around. Typical snaky practice. More

We had a great experience at Toyota with bishal helping us find a great SUV. Our only complaint is the dealership markup, but that seems pretty standard to all dealerships right now (new cars are hard to f us find a great SUV. Came in to pick up my car from the service department, and saw the car I have been looking for for many months. I spoke to a salesperson, and learned that the person it was allocated for backed out of th and saw the car I have been looking for for many months. I spoke to a salesperson, and learned that the person it was allocated for backed out of the deal, an it just went on the lot a few hours previously. So, 2 hours later, I drove out of the lot having traded in one car, and bought the new. The employees are very easy to work with. More
