I recently bought a Sienna at Toyota Concord and had an amazing experience working with Jordan Kurz. I contacted 7+ dealerships trying to order a Toyota Sienna and Jordan was the only one that got responde amazing experience working with Jordan Kurz. After I pre-ordered the vehicle, Jordan made sure to follow up with me every week on the status. I really appreciated his regular follow up and genuine desire to help me get the car I wanted. Throughout the process, Jordan also was prompt to respond to my messages. The purchase process was quick and painless.
