Concord Toyota , has been the best car dealership, when I went, they explained everything to me made sure I knew what I was getting, and there was no surprise fees with them. I had previously gone to a different dealership their original price for the car I wanted was $23,000, however at the end they wanted me to pay an extra $6,000 and did not explained where all these extra fees were from they just wanted me to sign the paper and make that sale it was also very forced at the end. I didn’t buy the car from them. I’m pleased to say I had the best experience at Concord Toyota. The employees were on top of everything and did what they needed to do to make it easy for me to understand and purchase a car from them. More
