The issue that I have with Concord Toyota is that they upgraded the warranty on my vehicle without asking me. I was in a rush as I needed a vehicle asap so I didn’t review the documents until I got home. upgraded the warranty on my vehicle without asking me. I called the dealership multiple times and was told to come back in 2 weeks to remove the warranty. I reached out to the warranty company and they instructed me to go to the dealership and have it removed. I did just that. When I arrived Bill was quite irritated that I came to the dealership and stated that if your paperwork gets messed up don’t blame me. I signed the documents to remove the warranty that day and left. I reached out to the person who originally sold me the vehicle to ask about the power train warranty that I was told originally came with the vehicle, only to be told that I should keep the $3000 warranty and that the cancellation documents I signed still haven’t been submitted. Now I have to go and get a notarized document to get the warranty removed. Please pay close attention to what you’re signing with them because I would hate to see you have to go through this. More
