Every part of purchasing our vehicle was a nice experience. We compared vehicles in stock and prices at different dealerships and these were the easiest and nicest people to work with. Please improve: we were not left with enough charge on the car's battery to get us all the way home. The gauge read 12 miles more than the distance we needed, but the gap closed on the way home and we rolled into a charge station with 0% left. That put us in a bind at 9:30 pm trying to figure out apps that needed downloading, the ins and outs of different types of chargers, and use of the chargers with the correct adapters. We were worried that we would have to use the roadside assistance an hour after buying the car. That said, we would still go back to this dealership to buy a car. I would just make sure that we leave with plenty of preparation for the trip home. More
