Troy and the service department are a joke. I brought my truck in for warranty work. They refused me a rental unless I paid for it, Charged me to diagnose the warranty issue. It took 5 weeks for them to get truck in for warranty work. They refused me a rental unless I paid for it, Charged me to diagnose the warranty issue. It took 5 weeks for them to get me my truck back. In that time I was told 4 different times it would be done. First time I got a ride there and it wasn't done. The other three I had to call the day of to see if it was going to be ready. Heaven forbid they go out of their way and call the customer to let them know whats going on. I received my truck back and they chipped the paint on the hood and ruined my rear bumper. They are refusing to fix it. I have time stamped pictures and the service manager (Dave) couldn't even get out of his chair to do his job. Less then a week from getting it back, my starter fried. Now they had to remove it for the warranty work, they blamed it on me saying I tried to start it to many times..... They are a joke and I am taking this complaint as high as I can! Never go there! More

Concord Nissan made it so simple and a pleasant experience I can't get over how easy and no pressure everything was with Rich Boyd at Concord Nissan. I figured everyone would try to steer me away from buying a Toyota since it was a Nissan dealer, but they listened to my wants, needs, and concerns, and everything went so smoothly. I never felt that stereotypical 'car salesman' vibe we hope we never have to experience. I went during COVID; everyone was wearing masks, hand sanitizer was readily available; everything looked clean and felt safe. Rich took such great care of me from start to finish, and it was so simple. I was looking for a Murano SL series. I called at 9:00 AM and told them exactly what I wanted, and how much I wanted to pay. Are 1:00 Jamie called me back and mg price was met, and everything was ok. Excellent Service & purchase experience. I just bought a certified preowned 2016 Nissan Rogue, I had never been to this dealership before, I didn't even know it existed until I passed it on m I just bought a certified preowned 2016 Nissan Rogue, I had never been to this dealership before, I didn't even know it existed until I passed it on my way to another dealership. After trying 4 cars at another dealership and not being sold, I decided to try a Rogue, I had looked at them online at another dealership but since I was right in Concord decided to stop in. Billy greeted me at the door, I told him what I wanted to drive, he brought it right out, and I knew it was the one. They matched the pricing at the other dealership and Billy was super easy to deal with. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle they ordered a part right away and they got me back in to get it fixed. I added on a remote car starter at the last minute and there was zero issue with getting that done as well. They have been easy to contact, easy to deal with and very quick response time between Billy & Jared all my questions get answered. Very happy I stopped here on a whim. More
