My wife and I purchased a 2019 Murano S from Rich Boyd, Dennis Duquette and the gang at Concord Nissan. While our research about this particular car did reveal some concerns prior to purchase, the majority of the reoccurring issues seemed to be on upgraded "SL" trim packages with sunroofs and navigation, that our "S" package does not have. There is still some concern with the Nissan CVT Transmission issues but, at the end of the day we felt that armed with our remaining factory warranty, the additional warranty purchased at the time of sale, and especially having the Concord Nissan Team behind us were enough for us to make this purchase. We are rating Concord Nissan a four(4) at this point because we have not dealt with the service team yet although, our experience to date is clearly a five(5)! More

I appreciated that Rich did not try to push us into a different model than what we came in looking for, but was able to educate us more on the different features available with that model at different price points. Jared was extremely helpful with financing and running numbers with us so that we could get a value for our trade that worked for us and hit the target monthly payment we wanted.
