Concord Nissan

I had been searching for a new car for just a couple weeks by the time I visited Nissan in concord. And I wish I visited sooner. I had my heart set in trading my wrangler for a newer model, but I saw an weeks by the time I visited Nissan in concord. And I wish I visited sooner. I’ve never owned a Nissan, or visited any of their dealers. As soon as I walked in the door they were welcoming and treated me with such respect, without even knowing how serious I was about trading in. When I went to do the test drive, Richard went over all the car had to offer and showed me alot of features in the car. Made sure I was comfortable with it and sent me on my way to test drive. I will just say I have gone to hundreds of dealerships over the years and I have never been so welcomed as I was here at Nissan. Nobody has ever taken the time to make sure all my questions were answered before a test drive. They usually just throw me in and wish me luck. But Richard went above and beyond. I loved the armada I drove. So when I got back he had already started my appraisal for my trade in. I told them what I wanted my payment to be and we talked numbers. At first it didn’t seem possible to get what I wanted for my trade in. But Richard and (I forget the managers name) went above and beyond to make magic happen. I walked away with a car I love and a great experience. I’ve never felt like dealerships actually care, they usually just want us to throw the most money at them, but with Nissan it wasn’t about the money. They just wanted to make sure I was happy, wether they made a sale or not, I felt my needs were their top priority. And like I said previously I’ve gone to tons and tons of dealerships, as I get a new car about once a year, or year and a half. And I’ve never experienced such a great experience. So thank you Nissan for reaching, and exceeding, my car buying expectations! I am beyond happy and will recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen! Thank you thank you More

My wife and I purchased a 2019 Murano S from Rich Boyd, Dennis Duquette and the gang at Concord Nissan. While our research about this particular car did reveal some concerns prior to purchase, the majority of the reoccurring issues seemed to be on upgraded "SL" trim packages with sunroofs and navigation, that our "S" package does not have. There is still some concern with the Nissan CVT Transmission issues but, at the end of the day we felt that armed with our remaining factory warranty, the additional warranty purchased at the time of sale, and especially having the Concord Nissan Team behind us were enough for us to make this purchase. We are rating Concord Nissan a four(4) at this point because we have not dealt with the service team yet although, our experience to date is clearly a five(5)! More

I appreciated that Rich did not try to push us into a different model than what we came in looking for, but was able to educate us more on the different features available with that model at different price points. Jared was extremely helpful with financing and running numbers with us so that we could get a value for our trade that worked for us and hit the target monthly payment we wanted.
