I had been searching for a new car for just a couple weeks by the time I visited Nissan in concord. And I wish I visited sooner. I had my heart set in trading my wrangler for a newer model, but I saw an weeks by the time I visited Nissan in concord. And I wish I visited sooner. I had my heart set in trading my wrangler for a newer model, but I saw an armada listed on their site so I figured I’d go see how I like it. I’ve never owned a Nissan, or visited any of their dealers. As soon as I walked in the door they were welcoming and treated me with such respect, without even knowing how serious I was about trading in. When I went to do the test drive, Richard went over all the car had to offer and showed me alot of features in the car. Made sure I was comfortable with it and sent me on my way to test drive. I will just say I have gone to hundreds of dealerships over the years and I have never been so welcomed as I was here at Nissan. Nobody has ever taken the time to make sure all my questions were answered before a test drive. They usually just throw me in and wish me luck. But Richard went above and beyond. I loved the armada I drove. So when I got back he had already started my appraisal for my trade in. I told them what I wanted my payment to be and we talked numbers. At first it didn’t seem possible to get what I wanted for my trade in. But Richard and (I forget the managers name) went above and beyond to make magic happen. I walked away with a car I love and a great experience. I’ve never felt like dealerships actually care, they usually just want us to throw the most money at them, but with Nissan it wasn’t about the money. They just wanted to make sure I was happy, wether they made a sale or not, I felt my needs were their top priority. And like I said previously I’ve gone to tons and tons of dealerships, as I get a new car about once a year, or year and a half. And I’ve never experienced such a great experience.
