Concord Honda - Service Center

‘17 Civic a/c problems Good service by this dealer, though I’m very disappointed in the problems this 10th gen Civic has with a/c. Having to spend over $400 just to recharg Good service by this dealer, though I’m very disappointed in the problems this 10th gen Civic has with a/c. Having to spend over $400 just to recharge a/c coolant on a car 3 1/2 years old (<40k miles) is terrible. I have a CRV, GMC and Porsche all over 10 years old and with over 100k miles each that are blowing far colder than this Civic. In the last 17 years I’ve bought 4 Hondas (Pilot, S2000, CRV and Civic), along with Saab, VW, GMC, Ford, Porsche, from local dealers, and will look skeptically at Honda reliability in the future. More

My Honda Civic 2017 My car's battery died after a few weeks of not driving it, I had it recharged but the features in my car needed to be reprogramed and was also gettin My car's battery died after a few weeks of not driving it, I had it recharged but the features in my car needed to be reprogramed and was also getting a message saying that the car needed service. I took it to the Concord Honda and the technician who greeted me fixed the problem with the features in a few minutes with no problem. I asked how long the service would take, he said probably about 1 1/2 hours, which was OK with me, very surprised when before one hour the car was ready and also washed!!! Jaeson, the technician, was very knowledgeable and polite. Very happy with Concord Honda and its crew! More
