Tommy Carter helped us buy a brand new Honda Accord today. In the past he has helped us get a killer deal on 2019 hybrid Honda, a 2015 Honda Accord Ex-L., and a 2000 Honda Accord EX that our son is dri today. I was told my jeep could be serviced at Honda if I added a extended warranty and maintenance service package to my car & just found out from the service department I can’t AND I have a $250 deductible when a extended warranty and maintenance service package to my car & just found out from the service department I can’t AND I have a $250 deductible when I take my car to jeep dealership. NONE of this was told to me by Ali. Then a theft device was added and nobody told me what that was. I never would have added the warranty or service package if I knew I had to go to the jeep dealer. I would have just gone through Mopar for the warranty. Since I’ve realized this concord Honda won’t email me or call me back. I went in person and spoke to Ali since he sold the jeep to me and he said we could remove the warranty and service package and that te finance director would call me or email the next day as she was out of the office when I dropped in. 4 days has now passed. I’ve again emailed Ali and no response and the financial director never reached back to me as Ali told me she would. Very horrible customer experience. I don’t understand why we were told the car could be serviced and repaired at concord Honda when we asked during signing when we can’t. I’m Ali lied to make a sale and now that he did he doesn’t return emails or calls at all. Very horrible customer service and will not recommend or go to concord Honda again after this experience. We were lied to and now that we found out about the lie and want the extended warranty and Maintenance package removed and also want to know what theft device was added in the contract and signing of the car we never asked for or were told about nobody wants to call back or email or text and so it’s extremely disappointing. Never go to concord Honda or trust the guy Ali in sales. He’s not honest and doesn’t genuinely care about the customer only making the sale clearly. More
