Three days after i purchased the mentioned car, i tried to talk to April about my complaint of defective two rear tires. I have already noticed this even the first time i road tested the car. There a was chapping sound more evident at the back than in front. I asked April about this she told me thats nothing its just the motor because its a hybrid, so we went on with the test drive trusting her with her honest opinion. Now during the morning of the 3rd day, i decided to bring the car to Honda Vacaville to get a an expert opinion from one of their mechanic. We just drove for a short distance and immediately he knew it was because of the defective rear tires. I then called April yesterday 3/21/13 to ask her if can do something about it. She ask me to come over hoping she will help me. When i arrived she was rushing home to pick her kids and i totally understand her situation. She then referred me to her supervisor who tries to convince me that it was not a safety issue and so they are not obliged to change it. And he even said "i didnt even make money on the sale of your car!" That guy is disappointingly rude. This matter was referred to your store general manager who did not even tried to deal the problem nor want to talk to me personally. Well, he's maybe right I'm just a used car buyer who happens to have a small safety issue that will go away. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO YOU ALL! For your info, I have a Honda Pilot 2012 and i have been driving a honda for the past ten years. I believe so much on Honda cars that why i went to your store and its so happen that you have the car my wife likes. This all i have to say, YOU HAVE A VERY RUDE SUPERVISOR AND NONCHALANT STORE GENERAL MANAGER! I just wish they will bring you more good business ahead. More

In my experience this dealership in particular goes that extra mile to make the customer happy and satisfied. Recently they moved to a new location and building across the avenue, it is obvious that custome extra mile to make the customer happy and satisfied. Multiple customer waiting areas are now available during vehicle service. This includes television, hot beverages and wifi. Concord Honda please keep up the great work. We did most of our communicating through email, which I like more than talking on the phone or having to come into the dealer. I got a great price, Cristina was friendly and professional to work with, and I would recommend others to her as well. I did my finance with Dina Markou who also provided me with excellent service. She was really easy to work with and took the time to explain everything we were doing. She made the process a stress-free and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this dealership to others. I would like to give special recognition to my service advisor, Wasif Khan. I feel his customer service is first-rate, very knowledgeable and thorough, and he goes above and beyond to make sure a customer is getting the service that's deserved. I feel well taken care of. I've seen Wasif in his busiest mode, but his customer service is never compromised. I certainly hope that he is getting special recognition at work because he truly deserves it. I've owned Honda cars since 1983 and have had my car serviced by other mechanics and Honda dealers, but there were reasons I decided to keep searching for another mechanic until I finally tried Concord and this is where I'm most happiest. I love Honda cars for its dependability, affordability and the service from Concord. About two years ago I purchased a Accord EX 2012 from Concord and privately sold my other Accord EX after 13 years. It was in such great condition so selling it was a breeze. I neglected to submit a rating back then, so I'm taking the opportunity now to give excellent rating to Cristina Sanchez. Purchasing my third Honda car was the most stress-free experience because of her. Car purchase is nerve wracking enough, but Cristina was patient, easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely nice. The car I purchased were missing the floor mats, but Cristina offered and ordered mats that were even better. Thanks to Wasif for recommending Cristina to me. My most recent visit was for minor service, so there is nothing major I need to describe. My car's starter went out. Thank goodness it was covered under my warranty and I could take it whever I wanted. Having a Honda, I decided to take it to Honda. Wasif was so helpful and friendly. He was always available even when another thing happened to the under panneling of my car, which was the late cause of someone hitting my bumper, I took my car back in and they patched it up for free. My wareanty did not cover diagnosis either but they gave me a deal for everything and helped me so much. Everytime I went in to Concord Honda I was greeted and met with promptley even when they were very busy. I am going back this weekend to replace the underpanneling. So far they have been nothing but fast, helpful, and friendly! More
